  1. This may be a dumb question, but is it actually from Lamborghini? If so, do you have a Lamborghini part # or something and I'll check out the actual situation for you?
  2. That has to be the worst synopsis of his plain statement of facts that I could possibly imagine. Wow...
  3. Man there are some epic rides posted in here. Allan, are you going to be calling everyone "old spaawt" when out and about in it?
  4. Awesome pix, again! Yeah that side by side flywheel shot, it looks like the one on the right is an LP640 flywheel. The 02-06 just has the ring gear on the outside edge of the flywheel and nothing else. Such a subtle difference... Anyways, epic DIY thread for sure!
  5. Very cool! Fluid MotorUnion recently posted pix on their blog and Facebook of a Murci clutch swap. The step by step photos of the whole process were awesome. They swapped to an ECT Kevlar clutch assembly. Anyways, thanks for sharing. DIY stuff like this is badass!
  6. I agree with the others on spending the $275. Having said that, most credit unions will wire the funds to complete the deal before ever having a title. They generally just want to see a copy of the title (fax/scan/etc) just to make sure the name on the title is the same as who the money is wired to and such. Once the car is paid for, there is a reasonable amount of time they allow for receiving the title. My experience is an ex wife that worked on this end of automotive finance for several years and also 3 personal purchases with 2 different credit unions where mine simply requested what was above and then later received the title. Hope this helps...
  7. I was wondering when folks were going to start using a 2-step on all these TTG's. All of them are a turd for the 1st 100' otherwise lol. Congrats guys! Kevin, time to update your sig!!
  8. I'm saying I think it's freaking hilarious! In my generation (folks in our 20's) , it's awesome when someone is trolling in real life. It means that you're essentially rolling with a "not a single fuk was given that day" mentality when getting bashed by Ferrari enthusiasts, for example, for doing whatever you want (like letting birds crap on it with the top down in the rain lol). Anyways, it's just funny. It's easy to get a rise out of someone behind a keyboard (trolling), but real life trolling is way better!
  9. Epic thread! Thanks for keeping us in the loop on this project. It's awesome watching it progress step by step. Perfect summation.
  10. Someone has GOT to find those pictures. I bet they were soooo butthurt. That's seriously hilarious. I used to think Allan just stirred the pot and then sat back to watch everything unfold (which he does). But the better part is, you're a real life troll. It's awesome. Trolling online is often funny, but real life trolling like that is so much better. Anyone find anything yet?
  11. Thanks for all of the info. I order plenty of stuff from U-line and didn't even know they did printing. See, glad I asked! Thanks for the rest of the feedback.
  12. Thanks for the input guys. There are! That's why I was just looking for folks with personal experience to get a little real world feedback.
  13. I don't know where to put this, but I know L-Power has a good many entrepreneurs so I figured it would be a good place to ask. Does anyone have a suggestion on who to go through for what I suppose would be dubbed private party labeling on boxes? I just want to have a company name printed on regular cardboard boxes. I don't mean some full color deal, just an all black company name/logo and the rest of the box can just be cardboard. Any suggestions of who to go through? The initial order would be fairly small...
  14. Just do like Sprite and live in multiple countries. Or, do like me and make friends with people like that so you can periodically bum a stay at each place for a bit. The latter of the two is far cheaper.
  15. I've had nothing but great experiences with them. Harry @ Precision is a great guy. My experience with them has been in 3,000-4,000hp drag racing applications. Great product and great customer service is all I've experienced.
