Was the wear indicator rest? Some cars will not drive correctly if the wear indicator is not rest. As what is the pis set at? Are you lifting of the fuel pedal when shifting?

Do you hear the pump run when trying to get up to the next gears?

Check your starter cable, ground cable, and positive cable. Do this with a voltage drop test on each cable. You should see less then .3v on each cable. If you see more you could have a lose cable or corrosion on a cable. If the cables are tight then corrosion is the problem and replace the cable. IF everything checks out with the cables make sure the grounds are tight. at the engine and exhaust. There are others as well but start with that.

oil filter housing gasket and pipe o-ring leak more often then a valve cover. If they do not install the front crank seal correctly it will leak again. Also better to use the correct tool to help with install.

^^^^ Jeff I replaced 1 or 2 at O.C. Was a pain to install with out the right tool. Some 04 have loose oil pan bolts or the pan sealant will not seal correctly and cause a leak. also the seal for the water pump shaft exiting the block. Then you could have a leak from the oil pump to the block. These are what i remember seeing and fixing. If I remember any others I'll post.

Preform a voltage drop test on the ground cable and positive cable. Replace 2 or 3 of the positive cables when i was at the dealer due to corrosion in the cable. check for loose connection at starter and bus connection under the car on the right side near fire wall of engine bay. You can also check for a draw with a DVOM connected in-line on the ground side of the battery. after 2 to 5 minutes you should see a reading of .040 amps or lower. If you see something higher you have a draw. may also want to check alternator charging out put when the car is hot and all accessories are on.

MTL 90 is what was used at Lambo O.C. if I remember correctly. Worked great on all cars.

If he bleed the system right with out the Lara software you should be fine as well. i have done this several times and have help others on the forum with the bleed process. May I should open up a tech line with a paypal account, hum?

The big problem with the lines is when a tech tightens them down the tweak the line a little. This cause the line to bend and have a weak spot. Then you blow. If the pump was replaced new then you should be ok. IF with a used pump you may have the same problem. Always replace the relay as it is not to expense and you are saving yourself a headache down the road.

There is a return hose the is very small and hard to see. It is right above the diff. Also do you have the car raised?

Listening for the second time it sounds like a lifter has lost oil. If you added oil and over filled you could have bend a rod. Does the car smoke when running? If you have blue smoke you are burning oil.

It starts of blue as I stated above.

That is coolent. proble have a loose hose clapm. Do what Jeff lambo said and you should be fine. Or just take it back to NB Lambo. Not to big of a deal.

The coolent starts off as blue. when it gets old it turns purple.

How is the car driving after you installed the clutch yourself? We talked on the phone right before you did it. I also talked to you about the P?S pump shaft.

If I rememebr correctly both can be added. You will need to have someone (dealer in most cases) program the car after install. I would not add the alarm just to have the swith for towing. The immobilizer does a pretty good job.

Do you just have a check engine light on? or are you seeing a cat temp light as well? I might have a new o2 sensor. I will check and make sure it is that same part number.

I replied to you on the other forum. I replaced many controls due to this noise.

looks like you have a 04 key. I am going to double check this.

I think the 06 is differnet. I'll find out for you as soon as I can.
