  1. Somewhere burried here in the classifieds is my 2007 Gallardo Spyder (with 6 Speed) and most other options. 3K miles and 205K for Lambopower (or the other site members). I am moving on to something else - 205K for a spyder is about what a 2007 coupe is going for! If you are looking for something other than the coupe let me know. Rich Wallace
  2. A friend of mine passed away a few weeks ago (he had quite a car collection which most they are keeping). He has a 2005 Maybach 57 with 19K miles in great condition which they want to sell... I drove this car several times and they called and asked me to help out to find what the going price for resale would be. The few other cars they are selling have a easy to find blue book (AMG SL65, SL500, BMW, etc) but this one they don't have a good feel for. Frankly I don't either - never dealt with the ultra luxury models, but I told them I have a few sites that will know what the going rate on these would be. So I come to you the experts... They are looking for a fair market value - since they are selling a few cars and they don't want to have it listing for months - so what price would it move fairly quickly? Here are a few pics - it has every option that was available in 2005 as well. If there is anyone looking for one - let me know what you would offer and I can put you in contact with the family as well if it is reasonable. From talking with them a resonable offer will probably take the car... As a point of reference the dealer is offering 140K - they did not think that was fair market (but that is why I am posting this to determine what is fair). Thanks and any help is appreciated! 3. Offer - 15,000 Us Dollars... Just thought I would get it started for you... But Really - you should put your asking price or you get nice little posts like this
  4. 225K for a replica is nuts.... I was first thinking it was a real one for 225K and was about to call and buy it... WAY to much for a replica/re-creation.
  5. marketing only.... Many collectors of F-cars always looking for that elusive "barn find". This is no barn find - just someone trying to beef up the add to make some novice that this is something special. It is not - just a 328 with low miles.
  6. List price on 2007 Gallardo Spyder with these options around 240K Priced to sell at - $210,000 Here are the details: Car was delivered to me December 14th 2006. 7. Ok so I have dozens of watches. My favorites are my Bell and Ross and Pan's, etc. But I travel nearly every week - US and Abroad. I was getting tired of setting the time, remembering the hour differences (specifically abroad). Trying to figure out the time difference between where I might be and home (to call the wife and kids, etc.) So I went on a quest to find a good watch with multiple time zones - so as I travel from East coast time to Chicago, West Coast, Europe and Asia I could just flip to my timezone I happen to be in - and be done with it. I looked at several timezone featured watches and picked the Tissot T-Navigator 3000. I have to tell you this thing is freaking cool. You can set 4 primary travel zones and with a touch of the tactile screen your digital and Analog times swtich automatically, tells you the time difference between your home time and the current zone, has 150 cities to choose from, Alarms, Timers, Chrono, etc. I have had it a few days now and I have to say for the price - I got it new for under 400 bucks! What a great watch for those who travel a lot. Now I am not trading in any of my finer pieces - but I will tell you I am pretty impressed with the features. I figured since we often talk about the high end watches - this would be a nice change of pace for a feature watch with purpose at a very low cost. This is the pic of the one I bought... Rich
  8. Welcome to the board... Lambo LV is a sponsor here - here is something from a while back they posted.. http://www.lambopower.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=24449 (AKA - Repost) :)
  9. Anything else I can do to help, just let me know :aiwebs_011:
  10. I am running 34 / 34 on My Gallardo Spyder... I am sure that will help PS. I read about the new SLR Roadster (I think it was in the new Automobile Mag) - looks wicked....
  11. I have grown to like them a lot the last few months. Got to spend some time in one when they first came out, and then again recently. They are tremendously fast - good warranty, and a true "drivers car". With a few mods (and fairly inexpensive) - new pulley for the Super Charger, Upgraded exhaust - you can push close to 700HP. However there are some downsides - unlike the Lambo (and my spyder) - with AWD - the backend on those things (stock not to mention upgrading a little HP) comes around on you quick. Get a little wet on the pavement - you better be ready and paying attention. My wife occasionally drives my Spyder - however if I were to get the GT, I don't think I would be close to comfortable with her driving it. However if you are a good driver - there are very few cars (specifically if you do a few mods) that will run with it. It is in the performance class of the Porsche GT, Enzo, LP640 and SLR - at a 1/2 to 1/3 the price. I was recently looking at an 06 with the GTX1 conversion (hardtop removable) with engine mods producing just over 700 HP and 600 Torque. The thing was a beast and right around 210K. The GTX1 conversion was 40K. You can get a decent mileage 2005 or 2006 for right around 150 - 165K (buying price - not listed price). A little more if you want the heritage version. The ones with all 4 options are actually less than ones without all options. Ie. If you get one without stripes - it will sell for more than ones with, just because 95% of them had all options. I think they are wicked cars all around. They will not carry the badge as what Lambo and Ferrari do - but performance wise - will outperform most if not all (with a few mods) any of the stock Lambo's and Ferrari's out there - at a fraction of the price. Many people have complained about the fit and finish. While I agree some of the interiors of the Lambo's with all the cool stitching and color options as of late have been pretty cool. The GT I was looking at recently was an 06 - while not Flash and hand "taylored" as my Lambo. It was tight, functional, and everything a drivers car should be. The one I drove also had the Mcintosh stereo in it which is awesome (but a little big with that sub woofer). I would give the GT hard consideration on almost anything out there - for the money... Rich
  12. Couple of people with interest... Nothing Firm. I might just be keeping it. I might put it up for sale on Dupont or something to get more exposure, but I think my other deal I was working is almost gone. I did talk to Harvey at Lambo of Ohio about another Idea... But I am not sure.... He is going to look for what I am looking for as a potential. I just don't know - the G Spyder is very hard to beat with performance and a ragtop... The other 2 things have better performance - but the top thing is not as convienient (removable - but not as quick and easy). In Ohio - Ralph as you know, quick top up is a must have... Leaving the top behind - and if it rains... But ohh the performance of what I was looking at - it was tempting...
  13. Intersting!!! And Beautiful Ride. Hmmm. They have a CGT there. maybe I should try one of those
  14. I gave up my allocation on the 430 Spyder a while back... Should have keep the allocation, got the car, flipped it for 50K more than I paid for it, etc. I honestly like the G-spyder better. Have a buddy with the 430 spyder, great car, etc. Just didn't move me like the G-spyder I already had. So I cancelled it. Not to mention they were about 1 year late on getting me an allocation anyway - kind of a little run around... I also waited about 6 months more for the G-spyder than I was figuring as well. What I am looking at is not a Lambo or Ferrari at this time. However I am about 2 weeks away from missing the other potential... Which I am ok with. I might put this one on Cars.com to get a little more exposure. But the widow of "opportunity" is running out for the other one.
  15. Panerai Luminor Power Reserve Also just got a new daily a Bell and Ross Chrono - like the style but don't like the band much
  16. I am not sure about "special" - but wicked fast it is for sure! But I do love the Spyder - so if it doesn't sell in time for the other deal, I will not be dissapointed either way! Rich
  17. I am lowering the price to Lambo power members to 216K - you cannot get an new 07 coupe for this price. Anyone interested - let me know. I have about 2 weeks to make the other deal happen - otherwise I am pulling her off the market. Rich
  18. Axle bolts - not all are effected, but many are being changed out due to a manfct problem. Rich
  19. Could it be temperature flex. Certain alloys are more sensitive to temperature changes, which can cause small deviations in the metal. The surface area on the roof line is probably the largest exposed area. Just thinking if it was from body flex - more than likely a small dent would not be the result. You would likely see more straight line channels or creases if it was body flex. PS. I don't notice any dents in my Gallardo Spyders top... Of course it doesn't have a top :)
  20. Thanks for the compliment... ! And no - do not want to say yet. Got to sell this one, negotiate the other (unless it is sold first). Some will like it some will not. It is not an SLR But with a few mods can be as quick and is pretty close to as stock;)
  21. Well - just when I was telling a few people last week that I thought I would keep this Spyder for a few years... I got an opportunity to dive something yesterday and am thinking about getting it... (I will leave the suspense to what it may be and it is not a Lambo - ). I have no room for both, my wife won't let me have both - so the spyder has to sell if I am going to make it happen. I am going to list it here and F-chat only. If it sells I will get the new toy, if not I am keeping it. Oh I am torn. I love everything about this car, but the deal I am working on the other - if the timing works out is something I cannot just pass over. So with that -- is my 2007 Gallardo Spyder for sale at probably the best price in the country right now for any 07 (not alone with all options). $218,000. I paid 236K - I am not going to sell it for less so no negotiations please. If the car I am looking at sells before this one does - I will be pulling it off the market. Here are the details: Car was delivered to me December 14th 2006. So it has full warranty until December of 2008 - so 1.5 years left. The car has 2,300 miles currently. It is in prestine condition. Always garaged, hand washed, etc. For those who know me and my past cars I take immaculate care to the extreme degrees. I will have a full oil change done at that time as well. PPI's are welcome of course. I will do the deal through Lamborghini of Ohio. They and I will be more than happy to have you out to their location to inspect the car with them, do a detailed walk through with you, etc. Buyer to pay for shipping - I and Lambo of Ohio can help with this, or you can pick it up at my place or Lambo of Ohio and drive her home.
