  1. Ahhhhh....so the description from the dealer was wrong. Got it...
  2. the link i posted even says it has CCBs. Dustin mustve checked from his phone. link didnt work from mine, either...
  3. is that similar to what we saw in Dustin's video that he took at your shop of the OG X-version at your shop? when it was just sitting there revving?
  4. Why the hell would you take off all of the aero parts...parts tested by engineers that designed the car...and then push it faster than those same engineers ever imagined it would go? That's just hustlin backwards...
  5. i've always wondered if these turbo'd lambos have stock manifolds or custom headers. guess i have my answer...
  6. NO ONE modifies cars better than SW. amazing job, sir...
  7. not relevant at all. althought i would expect Peter to be meticulous with the way he's handled TX2K in the past. but why does everyone else seem to be stating their true bhp? its just interesting. and adds another layer to all this mystery.
  8. And no one else is sandbagging? Even after you've run a record time at a 'local' half mile? I'm just not sure Peter would allow that at an event he works so hard for...
  9. According to Peter's list of participants for the roll race for TX2K15 in March...the car in question has 'only' 1600hp. Typo? All the other UGR Lambos listed (Stacy, Mullet, Duhawks, Bob, etc) seem to be accurate on the list with regards to their builds.
  10. Why not just buy a Gallardo and have it sent to UGR for the X package?
  11. not necessarily. if a garage is spending so much time putting out CUSTOMER cars, then the 'shop' car will suffer. R&D means you WILL break stuff. UGR, ASS, T1, etc will get much more kudos with a customer car...something that they actually SELL...winning a speed competition. the customers' cars should be the ones running as close to perfect as possible. THAT is where the referrals come from...
  12. What happened to the R8s? I saw the new one there...how did it do? And Marty's?
  13. So was dude from San An that ran the 233 at Horseshoe there? Gotta believe that he was X, too...
  14. My man!!! No excuses!!! You drove the shot outta your OWN car out there. Much props. I'm sure you're soon to go bigger and faster. And they still ain't tryna see you on these GA streets. Congrats, fam
  15. they all have a trail of smoke behind em. ASS said that Dustin congratulated em and said they 'flat out came around him'. nothing broke. it is what it is... ASS quote...
  16. Dustin has a chance to live up to his RollKing moniker on IG. Bring it home for the A, fam!!!
  17. Interesting. Never thought of it like that. I was figuring compression/hp per cylinder. At least that's the excuse that the GTRs use. Hahahaha
  18. The ability to spread the compression over 12 cylinders is a good thing, tho. I'm interested to see how far UGR can push it. The extra rubber on the ground has to be enough to offset any weight penalty. But you would think more folks woulda gravitated towards it if it was a viable competitor to the G's. Maybe this weekend is the coming out party?
  19. From the 2nd link in duhawks' post.... http://tx2k.com/forums/showthread.php?t=80&page=2
  20. A Stage 2/3 R8 is on my wish list. 6 speed manual, of course. Just the perfect car. Of course...I couldn't take it on 400 because Duhawks might lurking. But I would own inside the perimeter. Hahahaha
  21. its a long way from San Antonio to Clayton, Ga.... wouldnt be surprised to see it at TI, tho...
  22. I pussied out because I thought it was gonna rain so I've only seen IG vids. Will definitely be there, tomorrow. I swear it looked like Dustin was running outta track, tho. I need him to get up here and admit to having lemon booty after crossing the finish line. Hahahaha
