good question... LP640 is a 2007 model but obviously 2006 would be initial build year. not sure how many would have been built in 2006 but i would guesstimate half of whatever figure we have on that table. whatever the case.. the Murci is definitely already more limited than the Aventador.
Aventador will still have a minimum 4 year production run.
also interesting.. in the 4 years the aventador has been in production, they have already rolled out nothing less than 3800 cars. so definitely much higher production numbers than Murci.
hi. just looking at your points below.. so many different opinions out there.. it is frustrating to know which is right.
1. I've read that keeping it on sport and accelerating aggressively rather than smoothly applying throttle is best for the clutch.. this is what i have been doing. hope its right.
2. always do that
3. always do that... but i also heard on another forum that this causes more harm. but logically it makes sense. i have 2 other sports cars that are manual and i do the same with them at a stop light. even in the owners manual it says if you are stationary for a prolonged time, engage neutral.
4. this is also something that is confusing.. i have heard opinions go both ways. i also do lift off cause of habit from driving a manual.. but dont know what is right.
will definitely leave a note for the tires!
on the trickle charger bit. on my gt3 & turbo, I connect it through the cigarette lighter in the cabin so I can't really miss it. is there a more advisable way to do it or the lp640? should I follow same?
thanks whiteout.. I'm parking it in a garage 3 floors underground... how do I get to the kill switch? is it in the engine compartment? it also has a battery charger. should I plug that in or is that not necessary after kill switch done?
thanks.

hey guys. new in this forum. just wanted to know what you guys do when your cars are parked for months unused? (other than trickle charger) in my case, i will only use my murci in summer... not for garage queen reasons but for the unfortunate fact that her and i live in different countries.
thanks
