  1. Joe, Did not see this post earlier. My master brake cylinder is replaced, but I don't know what they used now. It is a new one. If you don"t get any further let me know, maybe I can check what is in my car.
  2. Found it. It has to be oil SAE90.
  3. I have some problem with the steering of my Urraco. The wheels won't turn back after taking a corner. I removed the whole rack to see what is wrong with it. I opened it and it containce grease? In the manual it says it contains oil and it should be "sealed for live". Also the rack has a nipple to fill oil (at least I think it is). Does anybody know what should be in there, grease or oil? Or does anybody know on what other car this rack is used. On one of the rubbers I see Audi / Volkswagen? Please someone help.
  4. Does anybody did an overhaul or replace the steering damper on his Urraco (or maybe Jalpa or Silhouette, don't know if it is the same)? Mine is broken and to do an overhaul I have to know the exact pressure the damper works on (couldn't find this info anywhere), so this could be a problem. Maybe a adjustable one like they use on motorcycles could work? Or is the original still available (where or what other car was it used on).
  5. Please change me to Lambo owner and if possible my avatar. Thank you.
  6. I dont't think so. Also, take a better look at the parts manual and look at the Lambroghiniregistry.
  7. Sorry, tryed to ad a photo of my engine by the comment, didn't work.
  8. The 2 airboxes look a bit strange, the trumpets to hold the airhoses should be longer (at least on my car they are). On the right side and the front there are to smal airfilters about 1x21/2 inch big.
  9. I think you are missing the real airfilterbox which is hanging above the steel heatshield on the left side of the enginecompartment and is conected to the other boxes by two airhoses. There is a big airfilter in there.
  10. Nice car, Michael, Mine was red too before I resprayed it to limegreen. Yours is resprayd too if I am correct because the engine compartment originally should be black instead of red (last picture). The bumpers are black, original they are chromed, but looks great. Mirrors are not from a Urraco (looks Countach or Alfa) and I think the doorhandles are from a Dino (al chromed) Urraco has black with chrome. Shifter is original for P250, the chromed plate is a P300. If it hasn't got a/c then it is not an S version (no "S" on back of car). Don't take the above as criticisum (hope I wrote that one right, haha), just some things to get you to know your car, it looks great. Enjoy your new car, and look after the engine.
  11. Hello Jesse, The exterior of the shocks are original. They have a new powdercoat finish. The interior is new, rebuild to Koni shocks with thicker rods. Wasn't that expensive. Costed me about €600,- for all four shocks.
  12. Hey Luke, The wheels on my car aren't chromed but polished to shine like that and sprayed whit a clear coat finish. Original they are painted silver, but after removing all the old paint I tryed how this would look like. I like it better then the silver, but it was a big job to get them this way.
  13. j. ingram, Yes, it's light green (verde chiaro) also used on the Espada and Miura. There is a Miura in exact this color in the States with a blue leather interior, don't know if this is the car you are talking about. On the pics the color looks kind of yellow but is is really light green. Engineparts are no problem to get. I only used other headgaskets for my engine, improved ones because the original Lamborghini ones suck. The rest of the engine is original, ones these engines are good, you have no problem with them. Just look after the distribution belt. But look out for some bodyparts when your about to restore yours, they are hard to get.
  14. Thank you Allan for posting them for me.
