  1. On another note, do people like carbed ann vs fuel injected ann? It would seem that based on people liking dd qv vs fuel injected qv that it would also apply to ann cts...
  2. No! dont do it.. It looks great as is... get a ann ct and mod it.. You would be helping to polish up the looks of the ann.
  3. lol. fucker! lol. SV style decklid you can make here! ask chinaman! Wheels... takes at the very least a few months!
  4. here it is a modded ann in red... imho way better than the standard with smaller wheels....
  5. http://www.veloceweb.net/ its custom job...
  6. possible. my friend knows the owner....
  7. did you notice the slight over front fender beside the front door jam? I also noticed the one piece front bumper... looks like a easier conversion than the whole one piece deal...
  8. that doesnt look good with that gap there either... this flare panel that I posted earlier should be able to fix that.. but there is a hole where the bumper support goes which in this case they fashiioned a similar streak type piece to cover... Probably better would be to have a square molded fiber glass that follows the shape to be an add on piece...
  9. So the body actually is cut upwards to try to align with the bumper... But the side is relatively symmetric. Almost cuts into the body more...
  10. It might be polished stainless as any heat will discolor chrome really quickly... If ss exhaust many brands look like that...
  11. Looking at the pics of the Ann, anyone notice side skirts angle up near the rear fenders vs 88.5 qv?
  12. Lol...maybe i might get some guys interested so we can amortize this thing out... I really don't want to make money off as i dont like to have my hobby become a business... And I don't want to pay 35k so that we can make 2 sets of wheels either lol.. Anyways, I'll look for the drawing first...
  13. Ive been toying arounf with this for past five years....I'm not sure since the cast tooling cost usually is about 10k for just the one size, do 2 and easily 20k... Not inclusive of the need to have a order minimum... Im not sure how many even want it in those sizes...Forged blanks is a possible alternative but will possible not replicate the angles because of forging blanks usually have a set profile... But forging wont give an absolute perfect match to the original...
  14. That's because the larger wheels help offset the bumper mass and keep everything proportional...on stock 15, the back end just looks off IMHO
  15. LoL. That's been a project I've been contemplating on doing.. 17x12 casted wheels...
  16. I might have the original 15" oz wheel blue prints some where..... have to dig em out some where... Then at point, accomodate for the extra 2 inch in diameter...
  17. Ping does not have skirts though
  18. that was interesting cuz when i was looking at the photo of the veyron, 2 different tires for front and rear... Both pirelli but different models.... the way i see it, its always better to deliver on what you promised... even if you lose initially, usually you make up for it later on down the line...
  19. you might want to change the title of the thread... me looking at it without reading the thread made me think why would anyone want to come out of the closet on a lambo forum... Just kidding lol. enjoy it!
  20. cant wait to read the magazine... I havent seen it in stores yet...
  21. Kit car industry might have that... but most look a bit out of proportion... either that or you can have some one cut one from forged blanks custom...
  22. here with the blacked out areas and bigger wheels helps drawing away attention to the rear bumper... However compare the 2 and it still looks more aggressive without it... I still think without looks better...
