Flexability can never be overated!!

Overloaded, probably out of balance, High altitude takeoff in an overloaded underpowered aircraft not recommended. Most a/c that operate in those altitudes carrying more than 2 people use turbo powered engines to compensate for the power loss at the increased altitude. I am glad they all survived, now I just hope some learn from it before repeating it. Chris
