Right around the 500k mark. I was looking at this place and a place in the mid 650s, but actually liked the cheaper place better even though the other condo had a nicer outdoor area. One of the things that really attracted me with the one I got is the floor to ceiling windows and fairly big balcony. The other place's balcony was a joke, could fit about 1 person standing This building is also fully sold while the other one I looked at had 50% vacancy. Tons of restaurants, 2 malls and several night clubs within walking distance.

Cool, it seems like a lot of car for the money considering how much they have depreciated. I guess I will go have to test drive one, I think the BMW M5 may be my top choice right now.
