I am looking for an early quattro in good shape and no rust.Given the age of the car it doesn't necessarily have to be low mileage as long as there are service records.Mint cars are ok too

A bit out of your model year preference, being only $700 I doubt it's in decent shape.

These gems aren't getting easier to find that's for sure.

The 2nd one is just an Audi 4000 4 door with 4 wheel drive... I assume he's looking for an Audi Coupe Quattro like the first one. I had one back in the day, one hell of a car!

I did too and i loved the car.It was one of the most enjoyable cars to drive i have ever had.Too bad it wasn't reliable and when it started to rust i had to let it go.

I am dying to find one now to modify

That sounds like that could be a fun project. Good luck finding a suitable one, I look forward to seeing what you do with it.

I often wish I'd have kept the one I had and just put it away, but looking back I had a LOT of cars I wish I had now. I have this problem where I always see something else I want. :( I didn't have any rust problems, mine was bought new and only a couple years old when I moved on.

I really always wanted one of the Sport Quattros... http://www.carclassic.com/stock.asp?Ref=EB43&Lang=en

I always loved the quattro, on of my friends had a white one in school. I like the SWB ones the best.
