If you disconnect the hoses to the actuators, you can boost upto about low to mid 20psi between 3K to 5K RPM, than as RPM goes up, boost will settle down to about about 17psi before engine cutout at just over 7K RPM. (I know this cause I tried it before) You should read about 380 to 390rwhp and about 380 or so ft-bl tq. Make sure you put in some 100 octane gas though.
