This program is badass!!! Thanks for showing me Wiggs now I'm gonna get nothing else done

I'm not going to go into too much detail about the program itself, but people have created cars, houses, buildings, EVERYTHING to import and you can create a to-scale 3D model. I haven't tried it yet, but I guess you can then export to Google Earth and place it on a map and see it in 3D with other buildings how it would look / if the land is big enough, etc...wow

 

 

I'm just getting the hang of it but here is something to what my future garage will look like:

While these might look boring...actually navigating around and using the camera view to 'walk' through is pretty cool!

I used this recently to accurately furnish my deck and determine the ideal sizes. I found the program control to be a bit awkward wrt translation. Might be because I'm using a laptop, but things just snapped and moved oddly.

Not up to getting into it tonight but maybe on my days off. I did 4 years of cad, so I love this type of stuff. Where do you get the models?

Very nice!! Ok ok I need to officially step up my game on mine now lol. I missed the SV?!

 

Side tip...you can go to FILE > EXPORT > 2D IMAGE and it will save as a JPG so you don't have to screenshot

I'm an idiot. I don't know why I didn't think of IMPORTING a lift instead of making one!!!

Build UP! It you draw a line going up it will snap to the vertical axis.

Is this easier then using rhino?
