Modo Report post Posted June 17, 2010 Just use your amex card, they give me free roadside assistance. I have all sorts of roadside assistance redundencies going on in my wallet. Between MBZ, AMEX, GEICO and AAA. If I was to call all 4 at the same time guaranteed the first flatbed would be AAA. I called MBZ once and resquested a flatbed, an asshole in a caravan showed up, looked at the car and called a guy in a pick up. WTF????!!!!! RaginBull Report post Posted June 17, 2010 I drive a Hummer H1 Alpha, a Ferrari, and a Lambo. I try my best to live without any "normal" cars. The wife having a Mercedes helps. AAA helps more. In fact, they make it possible. I could not stress how essential AAA is when you drive exotics.
sprite Report post Posted June 18, 2010 Waiting on parts now. Apparently the whole assembly with the paddles, turn signals, wiper controls, etc shorted out.

72BCR Report post Posted June 19, 2010 The switches for the paddle shifter go bad but you can usually fiddle with the paddle and hold it up or down while clicking it back and then once your in first just run it in auto to get to a stopping point. I have replaced several of these which is the whole combination switch for the steering column, paddle switches, turn signal lever, wiper lever ect... And regarding Lambo roadside when I worked for Lambo I use to get screamed at by people waiting for hours on the side of the road like it was my fault haha! Its actually a third party that handles that for Lambo. If your ever in AZ, Supercar Specialists has local enclosed transport and roadside assistance Good luck with everything

sprite Report post Posted June 23, 2010 Car should be done tomorrow While it was at Lamborghini I had them do an oil change as well. Also had my bodyshop guy pick up my rims and calipers from Lamborghini while it was sitting there waiting for parts. So when I pick it up it will have verde calipers and powder coated gloss black rims
