I think it was a two door WRX. Not MANG though. I think he's in auckland. I am pretty sure I was the only one in this board from Christchurch, but not anymore. He lives up in Auckland Ok I wasnt sure how far away Auckland was from the quake, I know New Zealand is a small country so I didnt know if all parts were affected or not. Then I looked at a map and realize its bigger than I thought. That's ok. NZ only has bit over 4 million people. auckland has 1.3-1.5, chch has bit over 400,000. It's just over 1000kms between these two cities. I know because drove up from Chch to Akl in Oct last year. oh and there is 3-4 hours ferry between them. Akl is located on nearly the top of the North island, and Chch is on the middle of the east coast of south island. summer is very fun time in the South Island!
