EpDarks Report post Posted April 16, 2012 I rent 2 rooms out in my house. I've been lucky and my tenants have always been close personal friends. If you can go that route, I think you'll find being a landlord very easy. If that is not an option then I'd consider renting out the entire house for your mortgage amount, and finding a more fitting home for yourself.
