Leaky strut or something with lift system?

Driver side: the space between tire and fender is 1/2 inch lower than that of the passenger side. The distance from ground to bottom of bumper/splitter is same on both sides. Both struts are dry, but the driver side could have leaked in the past I suppose.

I'm assuming the lift system can't "go too low" on one side, but maybe it's not releasing far enough on the passenger side?

Nothing to do with the strut system if it's down. It will either work or not work and you will have power steering problems if your low on fluid. Just the way the car may be sitting. Remember you always sit in the drivers side when you drive.

If you have coilovers then take it to get corner balanced with you in the car. Sometimes that helps a lot. More important to be corner balanced then to look symmetrical.
