total number of LP640 Roadsters?

I understand that there were about 900 total Murcielago Roadsters built. But how many were LP640 variety? Any info on the numbers? Thanks

The link doesn't specify which Murcielago version.

 

My count for LP640 Roadsters is somewhere between 208 and 414, ~360 being the most likely figure. Plus another 50 for the LP650-4, if you want to include that.

The uncertainty is over which units built in 2007 were 6.2s and which were LPs.

Man it is crazy to think that there are that few of them in the world. I asked Pietro from Lambo NB how many 640 Roadsters he knew of in Monterey blue and he said he believes there are only 6. Very cool to think about!

Fancy peeps want the aventador. Move on to the new. Eventually the collectors will come in and they'll go up but that will take a decade at least.

I have considered trading LP640 for an Aventador Roadster but with the high production numbers have a hard time justifying the long term depreciation hit.

also interesting.. in the 4 years the aventador has been in production, they have already rolled out nothing less than 3800 cars. so definitely much higher production numbers than Murci.

good question... LP640 is a 2007 model but obviously 2006 would be initial build year. not sure how many would have been built in 2006 but i would guesstimate half of whatever figure we have on that table. whatever the case.. the Murci is definitely already more limited than the Aventador.

 

Aventador will still have a minimum 4 year production run.

Sadly the Murci roadster has the stigma of a shitty roof. When the reality is with practice it is not so bad.

If you back out the SV production probably about 1600 - 1700 coupe lp640 and 500 - 550 roadster lp640 then?
