derekfc Report post Posted April 8, 2016 just a fun question. it would cost the equivalent of an already restored car to get these things back together but what do you think they are being listed for? i know the one is a DD but still... http://www.iagclassics.com/carpages/1985-L...t-For-Sale.html http://www.iagclassics.com/carpages/1983-L...t-For-Sale.html
abolfaz Report post Posted April 8, 2016 Both those "roaches" are already being restored. The guy doing it is doing an unbelievable job. If I remember correctly, the bidding was well over $100k on ebay before they sold offline. I do remember the black DD was for sale for ever for $20k with no takers before the values of these cars skyrocketed.
derekfc Report post Posted April 9, 2016 That's awesome that someone has the time, talent and resources to save these cars. I couldn't imagine taking on a project like this.

derekfc Report post Posted April 11, 2016 http://www.readytofix.com/Photos/Buy_Wreck...ft-Recovery.jpg this could be interesting http://www.readytofix.com yeah those sites are scams. you register and none of the cars that they show are actually available. they typically just hot link you to an ebay search after charging you 30-50$ for registration with a money back guarantee that you cant actually claim when you want your money back.
