Lasombra52 Report post Posted December 4, 2017 This sounds like a technology problem on the tower side of your provider. More than likely the area that you were in at that time was having broadcasting problems. When you went to make phone calls, the tower was switching all over the place and instead of sending the call to your wife's phone number, it was sending it to other people's random phone numbers (Ever receive a text message 4 or 5 times in a row? Something like that). You would be surprised at how many problems those towers can have. And some of them can get very weird. Call your provider and tell them what has occurred, either one of three things will happen. 1) I apologize about the inconvenience, I will submit a trouble ticket to get this resolved as soon as possible. 2) We are currently aware of an outage in that area and our techs are working hard to get it resolved. 3) They will apologize and not do anything because they don't actually own the tower that you connected to at that time during those specific calls, but they will tell you that they will fix it. Not really much you can do about it but call your provider to see if they can fix the towers. Hope that helps.
