  1. Picked up this watch while on vacation. here is link to site: http://store.lamborghiniproducts.com/berinettablack.html
  2. Vantage from what I hear is pretty descent plus you can get a used one with some warranty remaining. They are already in $70k range? Porsche 996 twin turbo's are at bargains. 645 is nice car for daily, but slow compared to what your probalby use too or wanting, plus its far from being unique on the roads.
  3. Parts can be shipped. Intake is easy DIY with hand tools. If not any competent mechanic can install it. Brakes and suspension, find a BMW mechanic for this. Exhaust, any competent muffler shop. None of these mods are rocket science and can be done in a short amount of time.
  4. Here in Calif. you can do special construction, basically you say your built your car from various parts from scratch. This is one way. But the vehicle is denoted as SPCS or some similar code they will use for your make. This is best way for someone who just wants to register something least amount of hassle, and cares only about driving it and getting it legal for the most part. If its a collectible, then this route will just devalue the car most likely. Might depend how much the buyer cares though. If car is really old, I say at least 25 years or more. Go to DMV say you owned it originally, been in storage, you lost all your documents to a tragic fire and you need to re-register the car. You probably just need to do a statement of fact, vehicle verification (possible CHP verification) pay tags, done deal. Keep in mind every state DMV has different rules and laws. I would go to DMV in your state and ask the manager some questions.
  5. BMW E30 M3. One owner, all original, good miles, all records are in this range and some are close to $30K salvage title and / or needing a lot of re-work, multiple owners, mileage all over the place, are now $10k+ easy. They are getting harder and harder to find, been watching these for a couple years now. Regret selling mine too. It was not perfect but I could of got $5K more if I waited another year or so to sell. Good luck with whatever you buy.
  6. I agree, and also I dont think they can get through US emissions, nor have the right dealer support to service the cars which from what I read over the years need quite a lot of attention in the repair department. Maybe they will do some sort of grey market deal where a company brings them in and retrofits them, and DOT certifies them for US roads. I am reluctant to see any of this happen, but they do look quite aggressive (in a good way), would be nice to see some around at least.
  7. We shall see, they said that about the 1st gen. Great performance car value for the money though. Hopefully they will not do some funky bolt pattern again where the consumers can barely even buy aftermarket wheels for their cars.
  8. AFE intake Eisenmann or Supersprint Exhaust Bilstein suspension Brembo brakes You can run up to 21" wheels SP sells all these lines I am told.
