Behind the passenger seat just left of the seat belt on the carpeted panel is the top tether hook point. It is not centered with the seat.

You need to pull the engine to change the slave and trough out bearing. I just finished changing my clutch and slave. I can have the engine out in around 3 hours now...... with the right tools it is pretty easy. Seems like you need to pull the engine to do most work on this car!!!
