  1. that's nicole sparks, she's from Texas http://www.myspace.com/nicolesparks
  2. I think he was on O'Rielly saying it was the judge's fault for setting such a low bail after that guy raped his gf's daughter. Either way I'm glad Huckabee is gone, he only became popular thanks to his Fox News show, makes for an easy nomination for Romney.
  3. Huckabee's presidential ambitions are done. Thanks to him 2 women were raped and murdered and now a child was raped and four cops are dead.
  4. the war on drugs is a failure because certain politicians refuse to close the border and kick illegals out. no surprise those same politicians now want to decriminalize drug use to accommodate their needs.
  5. isn't California the same state too broke to afford jails. If I remember correctly didn't a judge decide $30,000/yr per inmate which included $10,000/year on health care was inadequate and let loose 1/3 of Cali's prison population to recommit crimes on the innocent again. what a joke, the same system that couldn't lock up 3 criminals in the first place decides to imprison a kid for 50 years after he voluntarily confessed to watching someone else kill a bunch of violent criminals.
  6. yeah there is a little victory dance at the end, I still listen to the soundtrack.
  7. Correction the story says three boys drugged and raped a girl and taped it. Compared to the other girl who a bunch of random guys raped at school calling their friends over to participate in or at least watch. Girl was found semi-conscious hours later after someone at a party heard about the rape and reported it to the police.
  8. I think there is a major difference between two boys raping a girl compared to 20 involved in this one. Not a single witness of this crime reported it.
  9. considering gangs like the Latin Kings or MS-13 aren't found in higher income communities I'd say more affluent people don't need to worry about their children being gang raped.
  10. and more importantly these sorts of things happen almost always when drugs and alcohol are involved. A competent parent would teach their daughter to stay away from drugs. I suppose that's not easy considering most universities are extremely tolerant and even encourage drug use, no surprise rapes constantly occur in colleges settings among intoxicated students.
  11. umm no, someone said they're afraid to raise children cause of incidents like this. I merely stated that this sort of stuff doesn't happen regularly in all communities in the US and is specific to poorer areas. By the same logic the extremely high incidence of rape occurring in S. Africa isn't going to stop me from raising a family either.
  12. and the only reason this has made the news is because it happened at school, nothing new about gang rapes in gang infested areas.
  13. I read in the news its illegal in Cali not to report a crime against a child 14 and under but the girl was 15.
  14. If her parents taught her getting drunk alone in an alley with 20 guys is a bad idea this probably wouldn't have happened. anyways doesn't bother me since I can afford to send my kid to a school in a respectable community not one where 50%+ of the males are criminals.
