Just got confirmation that factory USA 2 -valve FI cars had FLA serial numbers. Euro 2 valve cars had ELA serial numbers. That is THE way to tell the difference between a car "made" to pass EPA/DOT by dealers, distributors and Lambo NA and the 37 built AT the factory.
-
Factory sources stated 37 FI LP5000s had been built. Factory cars were assigned USA vin numbers and the intake plentums had Lamborghini script on them.

99% positive that a handful TRUE USA FI (maybe 12 cars) were made by the factory. They were given US spec VIN numbers different from the converted euro cars. ELA.... instead of FLA... and produced in late 1984-1985.

Danny K from Counts Customs has a ton of experience with Lamborghinis. He has purchased 3 or 4 early Countach's from my dad between 89-today which he still owns. Great guy. -

From my understanding the car recently had a full service done, a little over $5,000 and was maintained regularly. I am awaiting the service records now. -
Looks like a nice car. http://www.autoequitymarket.com/vehicle/14...rghini-countach Is this car worth $130k?

A group of us were trying to create some conformity in the Florida region with owners. I was essentially excited to see this happen and help support local events etc. I take full responsibility of approving the final site. Very disappointed I let this happen.

Andrew, This is very disappointing as no one involved with Lamborghini Club Florida noticed the apparent "copy" of your site. We were all pretty excited and impressed with what the web designer created and in no way were looking to reproduce what you have created. Please contact me at [email protected] or 5618010092. I want to get this resolved immediately. Best, John
