  1. Mine always comes on when it is hot. Same deal with my ferrari because I have straight pipes on both.
  2. lp560 bearing definately fits on older Gallardos. Guy pm'd me who has done the job. So this is 100% now. As for the rest I would not buy anything until someone has tried it. Maybe you would like to try
  3. Mine was done last week. It is not so bad. If you look at lamboweb how to change a muffler, it is almost as good as good because it explains how to take the main parts down to where the transmission is: http://www.lamboweb.com/Repairs_Section/Ga..._06_Muffler.htm There are a few more bolts and pipes to undo on the transmission housing but it comes out pretty easily. The clutch already comes balanced from the factory. There are 2 tipex lines on the clutch that line up with a line on the flywheel and that is about it. I think the bolts are tightened in sequence to 70nm. Then you put it all back together again. My TOB was not leaking so I did not replace it. The Lambo garage also says that. I still am waiting for that other guy in this thread to see if the lp560 bearing went OK.
  4. Mine goes through 1 litre every 1000 miles.
  5. I prefer the new ones. I like the wheels and the 4 pipes coming out the back. That said to a novice they all look pretty much the same.
  6. best money I ever spent. enjoy!
  7. http://www.please check with our franchised lamborghini dealer sponsors.com/xq/asp/prid.2043.../qx/product.htm wrong one $3,082.52 is the lambo part 086141671D I have an 04 manual.
  8. Also found this thread but no conclusive evidence as no one has tried the fekker yet. http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.a...or%20Gallardo???
  9. 07l105269f I got this clutch. It says e-gear on it but dealer says for manual and e-gear. So I guess it makes sense what you are saying that the bearings fit too. Just to verify the number on the audi bearing? If I need a new TO bearing tomorrow I doubt the local dealer will have it in stock so I might go to the audi shop instead. Could you also verify if someone has actually fitted one of these because I would not like to get her opened up again BTW, a bit of news on the clutch. When I opened up the box at my mechanics today, they asked me how much I pad for it, I told them 2000 euros. Shock, horror on their faces Then 1 of the guys who is from Germany said that I should have asked him first. The parts on the clutch assembly was some Germany company beginning with V. He said his friend works there and is going to get a price for the individual peices. Got a feeling it is going to be a few hundred euros Too late now for me but will be useful for you guys. Anyway limey, please get back to me about the bearing. If I can get an audi one that cheap I will change it too. Stayed tuned.
  10. Spoke to dealer today and he said he would be suprised if you found something. They all slightly different. Any news yet?
  11. Ok Just saw that What you waiting for in the confirmation? From the dealer or someone fitting it to see?
  12. No post above. This is your first post on this thread.
  13. Yep, I want to know too for sure. I think it does. http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/miura_parts This guy sells them, ask him
