  1. Tell me about it... Which is a shame because the Ann ct could have looked so much better...
  2. maybe changed the side draft ct... saw one before, a white 400s with a rear hatch similar... i think maybe had a dd engine... i dont remember
  3. Here you can see adjustment tweaking on the ann... starts out as ann and morphed into what it should be... much more aggressive... bigger wheels, blacked out naca all make it much more aggressive... click on the last picture and youll see it transform...lol...
  4. if thats the case, both are 5000s with maybe perhaps one being fuel injection and other maybe carbed in the white?
  5. I think its best to just leave the "anals" probe each other out... "Grounded" guys arent into anal probing...
  6. Here you can see if we do this even on the desirable low body where we either body color or take out the naca duct it makes the car look bulkier on the body compared to original...
  7. red vinyl would make it look similar to the andretti signature...
  8. LOL... Im sure there are some that want to think this might be the case... but truth be told, not sure how a shop can possibly thunderpunk it into a 70k bill... parts prices are readily available online.... hourly rate is disclosed ahead of time.... time per job people can guessimate... Besides, seeing that Evans performed the work, there would be an itemized list of parts and work needed to be done... Up til now, I have not heard anything where Evans rips people off.... Im sure many who have had work done can vouch for them...
  9. I talked to chad who has tried a mock up and he indicated the front on the tranny would require the chassis to be cut. However, that would compromise the structure itself...
  10. All ct look good but some just better than others....some colors better in certain variants than others lol
  11. Lol. Especially with the black Naca on the silver, it further narrows the body to keep the car looking sleek, whereas the body color Naca on the Ann just widens up that body way too much... That's why I don't understand why they didn't paint the Naca on Ann black... It would have done wonders in creating a more hunkered down and lower shape...
  12. Looking at the silver color on the normal and the Ann only proves my point.... The silver just looks too old on the Ann.... Coupled with the styling changes and the big bumper, silver on the Ann ct just looks too clunky and ages as you keep looking at it... Normal silver ct has just the right amount of shapes to keep it wild but has the color to reign it in, creating a really good balance of agility from the shape and solidity from the color.
  13. I agree... Silver looks mature but exciting on regular variants but somehow looks way too mundane on an ann ct....the yellow along with the grates just looks off....
  14. His car does look great. Ann looks better in dark colors to visually reduce the size of its arse :P White and silver which work better on cars with clean lines does not fare so good on the Ann compared to red and black... Red looks classic and black looks more sinister....
  15. No one is jibbing on the Ann ct but finding out why it is least desirable... And the poll is not about which qv is the best. It is about which is least desirable.... And Valentino liked the qv. that's just his personal preference... Because again, it's not like he is going to stand next to you, a Ann ct owner and say oh I like the qv better than your car to your face right? But looking at the article, with 4 cars to choose from, he was able to say what he really thought in his mind the best variant.... And that's really pretty much the real deal to him that the qv was what he felt was the best ct with power and styling....
  16. From the same article about the 25th: "There were some minor changes to the rear suspension geometry, due to the fitment of shorter wishbones, but beyond making the car easier to drift there’s little difference,’ Valentino says. Those modifications were necessary due to the tyres rubbing on the new fenders, and also resulted in a slightly narrower rear track. " Perhaps that was also a contributing factor along with the rear bumper that makes the rear quarter view of the Ann look a bit awkward?
  17. good night.. good platform to turn to this... wwway more proportional relative to the wheels and fender...
  18. good. now all you have to do is put the big wheels on, take off the rear bumper (thankfully you didnt show it) and redemption!
  19. No worries ol chap. I like your car too what ever it is... and whenever we see pics of it... Good to hear you dont drink... and dont work too hard. cheers.
  20. oh... you chaps on the other side of the pond are weird man... I thought you went ape shit on me...lol...I thought I needed to grab the monkey cage... Joke or no joke, I dont really care... As to your jsos style comments about my car, you can say what you want but dont worry... im not insecure about my car as i have zero need to prove anything to others... However, as evident in this thread, perhaps its not me that is insecure... As to knowing if you have a car or not... I dont care either if you have a car or not... nor do I feel I need to be in countach debates alot other than the ones I feel are worth debating... which in this case is. Because this countach forum should show everything unlike some other forums that feel like a rolling advertisement or internet show for selling lambos... So, my advice to you... put the bottle of scotch down, sleep it off as its probably past your bed time in the UK anyways... cheers
