  1. The time I've heard personally is: 6:45,2. Can confirm it until the public announcement though
  2. So now I guess we will just have to wait for the video to be dropped. It has been totally quiet around the SVJ from Lamborghini. Also the Urus should have its own record ...
  3. Makes sense and I believe it. 6:45 is a crazy time, but I believe every second of it! Fingers crossed !
  4. Yes it could be that. THe Urus had a similar outing with a few select journalists and three I believe Uruses on Nardo. If that is the case then we might see some reviews of these beasts in the very very near future!
  5. Yesterday at Estoril in Portugal. Two SVJ were out on track. No word why. Maybe testing to try a record?
  6. But isnt the platform for the Aventador too small to even fit a DTC? How can they fit a hybrid system? Maybe LB48H is in fact a V10?
  7. So that is not a guess but a fact? In that case it will be over 1000 PS!
  8. I noticed that too! Some "offical" documents state the name SVJ, but here they write S Jota or SJ which is the name for the Swedish railroad company here in Sweden Btw where does it say that the full areo kit is 55k?
  9. To me, this record is not as impressive as Bellof's in 1983. But two things about this lap are stuck in my head. 1: The 919 Evo did 340 km/h in Qiddelbacher Höhe! That's 40 km/h faster than the production car record-holder managed. 2: If Bellof and Bernhard were to start their respective record runs at the same time, Bellof would cross the line when Bernhard in the 919 Evo was in Qiddelbacher Höhe again ... Hats off to ze germans!
  10. Lamborghini "LB48H" should be the name of that thing Lambo previewed. Some sort of hybrid monster is the rumor.
  11. So what did the people say regarding the SVJ ? Anything good?
  12. I have a question for you guys in this thread who have been invited to get an allocation for the SVJ. Does Lamborghini keep the Nürburgring time they've put down a secret to you guys as well? Or is it just a secret to the public right now? And how was it with the Performante? I remember the staff at my local dealer hinted towards a record back in November of 2016 before the car was revealed in Geneva of 2017. But with the SVJ they have been totally silent. Makes me wonder why?
  13. Single Clutch is amazing for the experience of it all in my experience. But living with it I can see why people complain. But in my perfect world a supercar should be far more stripped and raw than they are today and the single clutch is welcome there. Because you should not use a V12 Lambo daily imo. It should be like a fine wine you pop out every now and then to enjoy. But what do Lambo care about my opinion I can't afford any of their cars anyways ...
  14. "The Power To Shape The Future". That is interesting to me. It sounds like either something that has to do with the brands future, electrification pops into my mind ... Or something that teases the future of Lamborghinis design, sort of like how the Reventon hinted the design of the Aventador without anyone knowing it ? What do you guys think "Rana" saw?
  15. It says between 770 and 800. Which is the numbers most people have been talking about. I expect it to have a slight bump over the S, I'd like it to be more than the Centenario, but I would not be surprised if they land on 770. The car will be superior on track anyway thanks to the ALA imo.
  16. I find it interesting that Lamborghini Vancouver posted a picture of the orange camo SVJ on Instagram today with a caption that went a little something like this: "It's official: The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and SVJ Roadster will make their official debut in August during the Monterey Car Week." A few hours later, the post was deleted. What do you guys think happened there? Maybe HQ saw it and got pissed off?
  17. How about this for an idea: The SVJ coupé gets unveiled to the public during Pebble Beach and then the Roadster comes in March 2019 at the Geneva Motor Show?
  18. https://www.motor1.com/news/242907/lamborgh...ris-motor-show/ looks like the SVJ will be shown at the 2019 Geneva Motor Show then ...
  19. The Roadster seen in the video looks to be blue. I have also seen a coupé without the wing, but with those goldish wheels, that car was lime green. Lamborghini seem to have a lot of prototypes out
  20. Anyone with any new info? Has been pretty dead lately from my sources!
  21. This week it is possible Lambo will be at the ring again. Today the weather looks horrible, but perhaps in the ens of this week the cars could be back? So eyes open folks!
  22. In the video, when the car drives on the streets, there is one point when the sun hits the driver. Marco Mapelli in the house???
  23. The Performante did it's 6:52.1 around the ring not because of great horsepower. Mainly it was thanks to a little something we call ALA. We all know that ALA does amazing things to the Huracán, so why would it not do the same to the Aventador SVJ? Sure, it's a lot heavier, but it also has a lot more power and RWS to help that. My friend who just got his Aventador S told me that the RWS in the car makes it a totally different thing to their old LP700. So yeah, those two will be the key-things when it comes to the Aventador SVJ's lap. And I mean, we know the car is crazy fast already, so who cares if it's 760, 770 or even 800 hp? I think the SVJ will get a similar update as the Performante. 30 hp, about 50 kg lighter plus the RWS and ALA. Also the gearbox will be tweaked further I think.
