  1. Silver accents? They're reflections. Or do you mean the Balboni stripes?
  2. Yes the Jalpa looks really classy and quite ahead of it's time here. I'll take this opportunity to post some pics as I haven't posted for eons. Time for an Hong Kong Lambo roll call... 560-4? Here! Spyder? Here! LP560-4? Here! Balboni? Here! SV? Here! LP640? Here! Spyder? Here! Spyder Jr? Here! Rest of the family? Here! Superleggera? Here! Where's your spoiler son? LP560-4? Here! LP560-4? Here! Think about the company you're keeping, boy! LP560-4? Another one?! Here! Superleggera? Here! All present and correct! All non-Lambo related stuff (like you guys would care about the rest!) can be found here http://s276.photobucket.com/home/juanchaihk/allalbums
  3. Hmmm, I don't think so. Maybe my dodgy panning ability makes it look a bit odd?
  4. Amongst a bunch of other Lambos I saw today was this black SV with a Balboni style decal. Am I right in assuming it is just an added decal or some special version of the SV comissioned by a customer?
  5. Ooh, how about 'IRNBRU' after the bright orange Scottish soft drink (do you get it in the US?)
  6. So, I'm guessing 'TITIAN' is a no-goer?! 'PUMPKIN'?
  7. I didnt know that, but I do now. It looked really nice. It reminded me of a Countach for the Noughties.
  8. Congrats! How about 'VTAMINC' (More appropriate on an orange Diablo VT though I guess )
  9. Is double-posting frowned upon here? I hope not. Well, I saw my first Zonda on the road today which was a coincidence as we were just talking about it up there ^^^ Also a pretty spiffy looking G-car And I annoyingly missed a Diablo Roadster in black as it went behind a bus at precisely the moment I pressed the shutter. Loads of nice cars on the road today, see my gallery in my sig for more...
  10. I'm pretty sure they were all commissioned by SPS Hong Kong. I still haven't seen a Zonda on the road here though... yet. No worries, you can do the explaining to the meat-cleaver wielding Triad boys then... PS Happy Chinese New Year everyone on Lambopower! Hope you all have a prosperous year of the Tiger.
  11. Early production figures for early models were distinctly hazy, or so I heard, in order to keep the assumption of exclusivity high. I also heard (by a huge Ferrari fan and owner nonetheless) the 250 GTO was produced in far greater numbers than we were led to believe.
  12. We have a matte grey one here. Should track down the owner and invite him over with his car too, hah!
  13. Hmmm, you got me. I don't see why it shouldn't be and I'm sure if they wanted to pass a law against it, it would have taken longer to pass than the amount of time chrome wrapped cars have been around for.
  14. Yes, not usually my thing but I actually think this particular one looks pretty good. Great for Hong Kong too with all the neon lights we have reflecting off the bodywork.
  15. I think a lot of the Zonda F's reside in Asia. I have seen three here (and a Zonda R) in person and I know of more. Also the Zonda Cinques weres commissioned by SPS of Hong Kong, so I'm thinking quite a high % of Zondas are here, then factor in Japan... I saw that purple Diablo (maybe not the exact one) on the Peak when I first came to Hong Kong in 1996, but not since. I have never seen that yellow one. Obviously I'm thinking the crashed one was a possible write-off so not much chance of seeing that around! Yesterday in a used car dealer:
  16. Okay, I'm going to post these pics even though the l-plates are not blanked. I just don't have enough time with work in order to get them done. Should any of the owners of these cars wish their photos to be removed, please PM me and I will take the picture off the forum. Thanks!
  17. Did the gold 6.0 end up in Hong Kong? I know the location of one under a cover that's been sat there for the best part of two years without turning a wheel. Great pics btw!
  18. Black G-Spyder, right? Yes, I have a photo of a KWN from last week but haven't blanked the plate yet. EDIT: Oh, haha! I was trying to be a smart-arse and it didn't work. This was the car I spotted: btw, thanks for all the positive comments guys. I will continue to try and fill the thread with my Lambo spots. You can also see the other stuff on our roads by following the link in my sig. There may be a few surprises in there! The powerlines on the left of the orange Diablo are there to power the construction sites building new casinos in Macau.
  19. Unfortunately for some reason the 'EDIT' button does not appear on my posts. Do I have to have a certain number of posts or something like that? EDIT: Huh, strangely enough it appeared on this post, but not in the OP. Weird?!
  20. Congratulations on the purchase of an utterly stupendous piece of machinery. What a fantastic looking, sounding and performing car. Fantasic!
  21. Thanks, it's a pleasure to be here. A quick question - Am I able to edit my posts? I accidentally put the Singapore tag in the wrong place. It should have been for the Gallardos with the black license plates further down.
  22. Thanks and yes, I agree 100% that the blue Gallardo is a real head-turner in this colour. Unfortunately, my photo doesn't really do it the best justice. Owner was a pleasant guy too, he had no qualms about me taking the photo.
