  1. Didn't match anything intentionally myself, its stock ECU..
  2. Here is the first video from the day it was fitted guys: More to follow soon as we did a lot of footage yesterday including some tunnels and such. Beast of an exhaust system and the titanium now its been heated through has gone a really cool colour as well!
  3. Heavy rain outside so I don't yet have video, but got back from fitting the Armytrix system and it is something very special. Very low down the rev range it is probably a little quieter than RSC or Capristo, but anything over 3.5k rpm and this thing begins to scream with such character. It is loud. Towards the red line it is SCREAMING and just sounds fantastic. The system fitted perfectly, the remote valves are very useful, but I think it deserves to be on the loudest setting at all times! I'm hoping to get some good videos tomorrow, or Monday depending on the weather so watch out for updates.
  4. thanks for the replies - can't wait to get it fitted on Friday and see how it sounds - will do plenty of Videos. I've had a number of exausts (RSC, Capristo etc) and the quality of this one is really something special, so I hope the sound is good. Even the design of the remote fobs and electronics, the casing all in the shape of their logo rather than just generic - they seem to really be trying to take it all to the next level.
  5. I have had my LP560 for nearly a year now and its time to begin a few subtle modifications - starting with the exhaust system as the car is far to quiet right now! I started to look around a couple of months ago assessing the usual options such as Capristo or Larini but nothing was quite right for me. I also talked to US owners and companies and considered the Fabspeed system. I then stumbled across ARMYTRIX as they did the exhaust on the crazy Liberty Walk blue 458. Having seen a few videos and spoken to Brian at Armytrix this system seems to be the one for me. Very loud, very light weight, extremely high quality and with a switchable valve system to turn the car noise down so as not to annoy the neighbours! I ordered last week and a few days later it is here... The system looks amazing: Very high quality welding: Larger diameter pipe work which is suppose to enjoy a 24HP gain (will test!): Stock system weighs 31KG and this titanium system just 8.9KG. Remote control system to adjust the noise between 3 levels (on/off/auto): So that's the system as it stands delivered to me today! I have the car booked in with the fantastic guys at SB race engineering on Friday to install the system. I intend to next update with pictures and videos of the install, and the first run of the car with the system installed! Very excited!
  6. Don't get me wrong, I want to pay for quality especially when fitting to expensive cars... But if you can buy direct from HK the same quality parts as local companies are importing, it seems like a no brainer.
  7. I've had carbon bits from RSC before, and been very happy with the quality. There are some interesting LP560 bits on ebay from Hong Long, the pictures look good, the 1 or 2 Lambo specific feedbacks also seem positive, has anyone used these ebay sellers for Lamborghini bits before? What's the quality like? They seem to be open to offers around HALF the cost of more popular local suppliers... Just curious if the stuff is crap or not. Other car forums (non supercar) seem to think Hong Kong carbon fibre quality is pretty high?
  8. Had an 07 Gallardo Spyder, been off and owned all sorts since selling it a few years ago. Had an F430 and various other cars , was all ready to buy a 458 a few weeks ago but just couldn't deal with the depreciation still to come on those over the next 12-18 months, so sensible hat back on (really?) have opted to get into a 2009 Lp560, bought at a good price I feel this should be a decent ride for the next year or two without the eye watering depreciation of the 458. Really excited to be back in a decent car in my ideal spec... Not sure on mods yet, my old G had the RSC front nose, for this car I am considering just an SL rear wing and maybe an exhaust, not sure the spec needs much else... Good to be back
  9. Definitely too busy in colour, would like to see some good pics of them in CF with CF skirts..
  10. Is it an E-gear? My local stealer was telling me there is some log in the E-gear system they can review for mileage which in unrelated to the main odometer ?
  11. That works really nicely, but you were not tempted with a 560 front bumper?
  12. Orange Spyder, but then again I am biased Nothing like having the roof off on these cars!
