OK, so I have settled on a Kreissieg Exhaust for my 2007 Spyder
RaginBull replied to RaginBull's topic in Archived Content
I asked it if will throw any codes... any cel problems? Is there an ECU tune to keep it under control? This is what they wrote me: "You do not need the ECU tune. Our O2 sensor is made to work with stock ECU to prevent any O2 fault code. But sometimes with older cars, CEL might light up due to near-dying O2 sensors. Simply new O2 sensors will solve this issue. Since your car is 2007, I wouldn't worry about it." -
I was at FC Kerbeck in Palmyra, NJ yesterday. They have the second to last Countach (red) ever made, and it still has plastic over the seats. Never titled and never driven, other than by Balboni in Italy pre shipment. Pretty Amazing!! They also have a Red Gallardo! I was BLOWN AWAY by how much better it looks in person than any pictures I have seen. It is unreal. definitely in my top 3 colors now! FTR, my top 3 colors: 1. Balloon White 2. Yellow 3. Red

OK, so I have settled on a Kreissieg Exhaust for my 2007 Spyder

The LOC was my second choice. I am going stricktly on you tube footage. The LOC seems to have more low note rumble when stopped and not quite as "aircraft take-off" like sounds when winding up. But it sounds great ! I spoke with Kreissieg and the cel problems are totally worked out. He better be right for that kind of money! The Kreissieg has the sound I want, so I'll give it a shot. I will shoot proper video and sound recordings for everyone and let you know if there are any problems. Thanks!!' -

It may be that you need to get their o2 pipes to complete "the sound." I don't know which ones have the pipes and which do not from youtube, but I think that may be a difference. I am ordering it today!!! I will post videos. My friend owns a recording studio, so I will try to get him to bring out the fancy microphones for a proper demo! I appreciate all the comments and feedback! -
I was going to buy the Jota Bulls Miura Corse exhaust, but after hearing all the clips on line and reviews, I have decided I on the Kreissieg with the o2 pipes. I plan on sending the money tomorrow. Other than the price, does anyone have any issues with Kreissieg? They tell me, even with the pipes, it will not throw codes! It sounds the most f1-like to my ears in the clips, which is what I want. Has anyone heard anything that nails that sound even more? If anyone has any warnings or bad past experiences, please let me know. If not, I will order it in the afternoon. Thanks!!

Where to buy a Jota Bulls Miura Corse Exhaust in the USA for my G?
RaginBull replied to RaginBull's topic in Archived Content
Zahir is a great person to deal with and talk to. Thank You very much!! He had problems with Miura Corse and no longer sells their products. He is obviously a straight up guy and I plan to give him any business I can. Thanks Again!! But the search for an exhaust continues... ;-) -
HELL YEAH!!! I am either doing that to my G Spyder or going with the Super Trofeo body kit (if they sell it). Congrats!! That is going to look amazing!!!

I think it is one of those things that is a great idea, but when put in practice it does not look high end enough. I would keep it as a conversation piece and a recommendation to Lamborghini for the future SL. To use it, it must look as good (high quality) as the Lamborghini logo it would be replacing. Great idea, and great conversation piece!

My thoughts and prayers are with him and his family.

Hey Everyone! Thanks in advance!! I am trying to find where to buy the Jota Bulls Miura Corse Exhaust in the USA for my 2007 G Spyder? Does anyone know if there is a distributor in the USA? I cannot find anything after many searches on line! The Dimex website is all I can find and they are in Germany, but I have seen videos on line of people in the USA with that exhaust. Cheers!-Kris

Lamborghini sold 16 cars in the US in April :(
RaginBull replied to webster132's topic in Automobili Lamborghini
Lamborghini, with Italian labor laws, cost much more to produce. Also, Audi views the R-10 similar to the way GM viewed it's distribution deal with AM General for the Hummer H1. The Hummer H1 being sold through the GM dealer network was supposed to bring in potential Hummer 2 & 3 buyers and make them feel like they are getting a piece of that same technology when they buy the lower priced GM made models. GM screwed the whole thing up. H1 being my daily driver and loving it more than any other vehicle, that angers me (but off topic). Audi is much smarter about it. The Audi is a, "Well, we can take the Lambo technology and detune it, put it in our body kit, make it more suburban, and move a few, and help the lower models sell." The R&D was for the Gallardo. The Lamborghini is a prestigious brand and Audi can brake through the mold and compete with BMW and Mercedes. I won't lie, since they bought Lambo, I am taking my wife to look at the A-6S as her next car. If not for the Lambo ownership, they probably would not be on my radar. I would have went straight to Mercedes and BMW. Truth be told, I still do not like the way the Audi's look, so I will probably get her another Mercedes. Having driven an R-8 and owning a Gallardo, I can tell you there feels to be a significant difference. I have not tried the R-10 yet. -
