So the countach doors are 80" as best as I can measure when fully opened. The bottom of the lift runways are at 81" when off the top locks... Plus, the drivers side runways are hollow... except for some cross braces every few feet. So thats another 6" or so...

Yeah... the posts seem to move during lift... I bought the challenger extended ramps... Its no problem... The front clearance on the M3 is only 5 inches... Much lower than the countach. I gavent parked the countach under it yet but Im going to go measure

Yeah... The lift is rated at 9000Lbs. That M3 doesnt weigh 1/3 of that... and they sell wheels you can put on it to move it around. "Portable" . If I still lived in earthquake country, Id bolt it probably... Just so the fcuking thing wouldnt walk across the garage and hit the wall or some shit like that....

So. How bout this. I have the heads up display. Love it. Already addicted. But. I want the media info to stay on the screen. At least longer. I'm scrolling through my iPhone playlist using the thingy on the steering wheel. But if I look up to actually concentrate on the car in front of me, it goes off. And I have to start again!

So ok... I have two keys... I want them both set up the same way for now.... How do I make the second key accept the profile settings of the first? When I go into that keys profile, it seems to wany to reset everything first... Is there a way to say "just be like it is NOW"?

So... I ::think:: Ive got most of it figured out... except this whole profile/key thing. The key Im using seems to be linked to profile 2. So I gave that profile my name... Ive set all the various settings the way I want them... Thats it? That saves those settings to the key? Or is there another strp Im missing? What about when I go to the car wash and the dude moves my seat and changes my radio station to the all mariachi channel? And resets all my stuff? Doesnt that save those to my profile now? And if so... Whats the point?
