  1. That's at CTD so thank you!
  2. After all the tuning and exhaust work, 515RWHP and 487RWTQ.
  3. Using the Lambo 580HP and the average ~430AWHP on dynojets.
  4. The standard AWD Murci loses about 25%. Going to RWD got me to 18%. Upgrading the clutch got me down to 17%.
  5. Epic stuff Tim! Can't wait to see it!
  6. Yes, the 20-odd months my car was being completed was counted on that. My SVTT has been doing beautifully over its first 1,000+ miles in RWD, and I counted the 6 years I had my '03 in RWD as well. Nothing wrong with disagreeing. I've driven RWD in E-gear and Manual (granted the E-gear was a '10 and, like you said, far superior to earlier cars) and would never, under any circumstance, recommend or choose AWD over RWD. But that's me. To each his own. My perspective is relative to '03 Manual, '10 E-gear, and maybe 10 miles of '06 E-gear.
  7. If you're impatient, just buy an e-gear and convert it. 2-3 days and done. Murci all day every day over the G.
  8. Definitely hadn't seen Jon's post! Very interesting, but after 9 years and 20,000 miles in RWD, I disagree strongly with his views!
  9. No, old and cold tires mixed with unfortunate circumstances is. Correct, it means you gained 100whp. Engine output went up more marginally.
  10. I haven't seen anyone IN A MURCI go back to AWD, have you? I wouldn't go back to THAT AWD for anything; especially with the power my car is making.
  11. I've been saying this for 9 years now. It's THE BEST mod you can do to a Murci. RWD and exhaust saves you 300 pounds and picks up over 10% power to the wheels. I went from 433AWHP to 525RWHP after a new clutch and tuning. The Murci was always meant to be RWD and loves being RWD. It's so much better to drive and so much easier to control at the limit. Just set the car up to Diablo SV spec and lower it 3/4" in the front to compensate for the weight loss. Oh, and Raj....you're welcome!

    Floor

RaceDeck does a commercial line designed for auto shops and such you can drive forklifts on that would be much worse than any floorjack. I would look into that if you're concerned about denting.
  13. Oh yes. I know EXACTLY what you mean. What happened with me was that we calibrated the throttle when the battery voltage was lower than it should have been. After driving the car and building up that voltage, the car was now seeing voltages it perceived to be beyond the limits so, rather than peg the throttle which would be super dangerous, it eliminates it all together. And the result is you look like you can't drive a manual.
  14. Yes. It's defaulting into a state where it deactivates the throttle altogether because it's getting readings above 100% and/or below 0%. I know what this is like first hand! LOL. A massive PITA!
  15. You need to recalibrate the throttle. It's likely a voltage issue.
  16. Let me talk to the transporters. They are scheduled to pick up Saturday as I leave Monday morning. Sounds like a blast!
  17. Im not disagreeing with your point of view or saying that I won't post all of that. I was simply saying that's why it wasn't up YET. Getting videos out to the Internet was not high on my priority list for the Stampede. The car and I will be in LA for a little longer and then back in CBus where taking videos will be much higher on that priority list. My point was simply that this project was done for me, and other people relevant to my company, not to appease everyone on the internet, that's all. So no offense taken. Just letting people know how it is.
  18. We stopped at 1200rwhp on 91 for now. Time to enjoy the car for the rest of the season! Everyone who needed to see/drive the car did, everyone else is irrelevant to be honest.
  19. Im hopeful that Andrew will have it when he collects the footage as it seemed like everyone and their mother had a cell phone or go pro out during the drive up but I have no footage as I was driving solo and had 3 hours to make up...which I did!
  20. It was late getting the Stampede due to a flat tire the night before. Came from Montclair where we were upgrading the firmware on the Motec. That version was not 100% but it was still plenty good enough. Did the entire Stampede and finished with our main group (458, 458 Speciale, 50th Coupe, 599, Novitec Avy, and 458 Spider x 2). Even got a couple runs to 196 on the GPS in. Then was at Quail with all of the other entrants at 7am, so no excuses there. And the only clutch issues would be it's got a racing clutch that is squeaky on engagement because it's not a sprung hub. Car was awesome overall!
  21. Damn! I was looking for you throughout the weekend but never saw you. Definitely!
  22. Thanks man! The Uber Rose is even better in person!
  23. A lot of people who are members have known and seen things for months, just didn't feel the need to post anything. I knew eventually other people would do it for me. It's fun seeing what the douchebags come up with when they have no idea what's going on.
