  1. Battery is in the front like gallardo, not in the back like on murci
  2. first journalists drove the car this week, better on every performance level then anything around the same price point. I want one.
  3. This is a great car, a modern supercar that you can use everyday without paying Bugatti prices. It was great to see it before Geneva and they need to have a feeling in order to plan, remember that it is 100% carbon and needs 4 months to put a car into production, therefore if I order it now maybe by Spring time there can be one just in time. I do not think it is important to sell them on the first year, but at its 10th year of the life-cycle. All manufacturers play the same games, I see nothing surprising, somebody got left out, clearly they cannot invite 1000 people in a day, just be reasonable and stop crying....
  4. dealer indicated it as GIALLO TENERIFE
  5. http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2010/10...collection.html car collection It should not be a report, I think....
  6. I assume that in the US it needs Airbags, pretensioner seat-belts, larger mirrors, front and rear bumpers which support crashes at 10mph without damage, larger mirrors, no plastic windows, third brake light, an interior which is crash safe with no sharp hedges. All will bring it above the TON wight limit. Beside that it is a Gallardo frame, engine and drive-train, so it will pass EPA tests. But why not buy a Murci replacement?
  7. let's be honest, it is a showcar and as such is a real showcar, not a production car. Creazy, interesting, and a showcase for the new technology of the future cars from Lamborghini, no hybrid but light weight. Makes sense in the whole plan for the future, nothing to do with the market. Althogh everybody woudl like to take it for a spin aroung the block....
  8. I just buy and drive, I do not understand the product positioning of this model. I would rather buy a superleggera beside the spoiler and the engine bonnet I see no difference. Wheels are form the previous SL, what is the point? You guys follow the brand more, do you get it?
  9. Thanks for the story. and congratulations for the awards. Your comparison between modern supercars and 100 years old ones is very accurate. in 100 years your SV will be at Pebble Beach!
  10. You are right! But seems very purpouse made and very driver oriented, more then a Ferrari. Details are impressive. When will it be here?
  11. You are right, dealer is wrong, not even a long wheelbase/4 doors mule around the world means there will be a murci replacement before anything else, especially because it is 10 years old.... from green light of a project to production expect 3-4 years.
