Destructo Report post Posted March 20, 2010 LOTS has happened, Team Corvette is having, or did have some technical difficulties with a power steering pump, and apparently the team radios crossed channels and cause a collision. I had to step away fro a couple hours. I'll keep updating as the race goes along. Atleast this will boost my post count
Destructo Report post Posted March 20, 2010 Corvettes ran into each other in pit lane, hence the radio problem. Whoops. Not on Youtube yet.
Destructo Report post Posted March 20, 2010 Team Corvette has been hit with quite a few pit lane pentalties, which in tandem with the big hit in pit lane, equates to them being 7 laps or so behind the leading class car.
Destructo Report post Posted March 20, 2010 Competition is leveling off for now. We'll see where it goes. I've got things to do.
Destructo Report post Posted March 20, 2010 Front running Flying Lizard Porsche loses some laps due to a slight run in with a runaway wheel from the Falken Porsche. Sebring proves yet again to be unpredicatable.

Destructo Report post Posted March 20, 2010 More problems with Team Corvette. Now with the headlights, sadly like SPEED said, "This is a Sebring that Team Corvette would soon forget."

I doubt they will because that will feature on sports blooper reels and "what happened next quiz shows".
Destructo Report post Posted April 18, 2010 So the Long Beach Grand Prix was this weekend, anyone watch it? It was a gritty race, lots of caution and due to cooler temps, mixing with cold tires, put a lot of people into the tires this year. The LMP battles were probably the most fun to watch, SPEED covered most of this the entire race which I found surprising. The Patron/Highcroft Racing LMP beat out the Aston in the final lap for their first win. Article Here: http://www.americanlemans.com/primary1.php?cat=news|14713 Flying Lizard Motorsports wins the GT class, and the Michelin Green X challenge this race. Article Here:http://www.americanlemans.com/primary1.php?cat=news|14710 Team Corvette finished second in GT class, which is a big improvement from their last finish as Sebring. Article Here:http://www.americanlemans.com/primary1.php?cat=news|14710 Next up, Laguna Seca May 29 on CBS!!!
Destructo Report post Posted May 23, 2010 BUMP for the Laguna Race today. Has anyone watched this? It's streaming live with the ALMS radio and video coverage. The quality is incredible for a live stream. No commercials, and the racing has been insane. A LOT of changes in leaders in all classes. It's a big battle ala' last year between Corvette and Flying Lizard, it's going to come down to the wire. The TV version will be on May 29 on CBS Sports. Destructo Report post Posted May 23, 2010 *SPOILER BELOW* Ending was darn near like last years Laguna, but now between Flying Lizard and BMW. Congrats to FL MS, they won again, and looking like a repeat may be in order for them! Sad DNF for Dyson, I was really pulling for them. Next up Le Mans!!!!
