I feel like that isn't that great of a deal. I haven't seen the factory window sticker yet so I am unaware of all options, but plan on getting that tomorrow. RESERVE NOT MET. Rouleur Report post Posted September 17, 2010 THe dealer is likely into the car for 72k sitting on his doorstep. I don't think it is a bad deal. It is not wholesale, but it is not high retail either. As Mike said, it tends to have to do with what the dealer has in it, in relation to what he can and will part with it for, but does not affect how you percieve "the deal". I think you might shave a grand off that number, but the guy has to keep the lights on. If it is a nice car, good options and checks out on a PPI, just pull the trigger. He likely won't find a much better deal, with the information I am armed with anyways, then what he has been offered here. Also, you are talking about a grand or two on a 70+k car, 1.5%. Make it happen and start enjoying, I think we have become way to obsessed with squeezing everyone for the last nickel and put the price of our ultimate enjoyment on the sidelines. Allan-Herbie Report post Posted September 17, 2010 I paid 90,250 for my car. Its an 08 20k miles and it is CPO till 2013.. I think mine was a pretty good deal, especially for Beverly Hills where everything sells at a premium. Also my car is White/black which seems to sell at a premium.
