Looks decent. Will the motorized screen clear the stick shift? I usually use crutchfield for my car audio needs. The techs are amazing pre and post purchase and the little extra you spend is well worth it to have access to them.

Spend the extra money and get the Kenwood.

No, it covers the heater controls ! I had one in my Murci until I couldn't stand it any longer and went to a double Din Kenwood.

The Clarion is a nice looking unit. Personally when I first upgraded my stereo (not a Lamborghini) went with a flip up Eclipse unit, but after awhile when the novelty wore off I wound up replacing it with a double din unit.

 

Consider a double din unit that doesn't have a flip up screen double din..... might give a "cleaner" look.

I bought the Clairon on ebay for $300 new.

 

My car is a garage queen, so it will not bother me having the flip screen

I've had flip up screens in a few of my vehicles since the original Alpine was released. I am not a fan of them, at all. But if there is a tight space, it's a good option. I am currently running one in my car and while I dislike the fact it covers the hvac, the navigation and reverse camera make up for the inconvenience.

 

Nick
