g-force Report post Posted March 29, 2012 email I just recd from US Attorney..... "Viken Keuylian was not sentenced on 3/26. At a status conference on 3/20, his lawyers told the court that he plans to file a motion to withdraw his guilty plea. The court set a schedule for the parties to brief that issue and the court will hear the motion on 7/2/12 at 3 p.m." amazing..his laywers definitely knows how to play the system....it has been 3 years... now it is like starting all over again!.... He'll be free for at least 2 more IMHO!
Mako Report post Posted March 29, 2012 Wow. I thought that part of his plea deal was based on the government agreeing to leave the alleged co-conspirators in the case out of the prosecution (Vik's family, who ran the day-to-day over there)... Wonder if re-negging on the plea places them in potential legal jeoprady now.

Think he probably didn't give them what they were looking for by way of co-operation and was actually going to do some time so he's trying something else? He couldn't find anything to hang on you MAKO so now they are pissed...LOL actually it has been so long that maybe??? they beat the statute of limitations on filing against them...wouldn't that be ironic? djantlive Report post Posted March 31, 2012 bail should be been set higher so he remains incarcerated. then he wouldn't be playing this game.
Mako Report post Posted March 31, 2012 bail should be been set higher so he remains incarcerated. then he wouldn't be playing this game. Exactly. With Vik apparantly no longer fearing prosecution of his family members I would assume that makes him a higher flight risk as well.
