Hi Guys

 

Anyone ever Ported & Polished a Murci Intake Manifold

 

We are working on a car that will need a Major service, since we will be taking the manifold of for a Degrease we thought about a small port & polish of the Intake Runners

I thought about this, but the runners in the intake manifold looks to be very well designed (smooth ports, velocity stacks, etc). Possibly, the intake manifold could be ported where it meets the heads.

Thanks Whiteout Ill check it once we take Intake Manifold off

 

We will also be Ceramic Coating the Manifold to stop it from getting hot

Try Frank over at RagingBull. I believed he had done some top-end work on his personal M and picked up some nice numbers. Great guy to work with.

I googled it and found zero lamborghini hits for oil catch can.

 

Ill be the first with a Murci

 

With a dry sump there would be more blowoff I would think

 

A Gallardo was done with success

I think the PCV system in the Murci is designed well enough where a catch can is not necessary. However, it doesn't hurt to have one. Hide one under an air box.
