rmtn Report post Posted November 27, 2015 Landscaping is most lacking in this so there is totally room for improvement. How big your plot is and what shape? Do you have aerial photo of the area or plan that you could share? Are there restrictions regarding beach, how you can alter or how close to it you can build? Gradient from the waterline seems gentle and plot seems to be relatively flat... but can not be sure from the pictures. ps. Digged the story too.
