Downdraft Report post Posted January 6, 2009 I recently saw a SE30 with a sport exhaust that was a factory option. It was the first time that I saw a wire mesh over the tubes going to the tail pipes This was a period option by Tubi. Impressive the abount of carbon fivber used in the construction of the SE30! emilio Report post Posted January 6, 2009 Alex, you should PM diablo4ever for SE questions: he knows almost all on them i do not know if the tubi was a factory option for any diablo car, but everything is possible with lamborghini (at least till audi )
Diablo_4_Ever Report post Posted January 6, 2009 I have never heard of such a factory option. But I know several SE that have a tubi installed, like 105 (you should know this emilio?). I checked some of my SE pics and noticed this wire mesh on a couple of cars.

Mike Report post Posted January 11, 2009 I can't say fer sure on all of them, but most of the SE 30's I've worked on had the wire mesh on the tips. The couple that did not have the mesh had the bolt boss's on the tips where the mesh bolted to.
