$300K thats way to much for that car, even if he drove it in a few short scenes. you can pick these up for under £20K in England (less then $40K US) I have a neighbor that has a TVR, he drives it on the street with UK plates on it, so its possible. I remember seeing another one durring the Gumball 3000 back in 2002, those are the only 2 I have seen in the states.

BMC filter, exhaust, coilovers...those are the basic mods

interesting they choose the 6 speed 997TT over the faster automatic, though all three cars hit 60 mph in 3.4 sec. the porsche seemed to pull away from the other 2 cars up untill about 100, when the Plastic mess-06 caught up, but the GTR was half a sec behind at that point.

for a daily why not go with a CLK AMG??

I have seen the GTR in person and its about the size of an M5

I am still not sold on this car (GTR) so far its just numbers on paper

I had a pieces of a k&n filter get sucked into my turbochargers on my 996, had a friend of mine recomend BMC filters, and they work really well
