I have seen other cars timings vary around 0.3 secs on different magazine tests. To me, that video of the aventador racing the tt gallardo proves this cars performance over any magazine numbers.

The pressure sensors in the exhaust will make this car hard to mod. I think one possible solution would be a device that plugs to the sensor and alters the voltage sent back to the ecu. Cars with airflow sensors max out after turbocharging or an increased boost pressure, triggering the ecu to run the car in a safe or limp mode. A solution to this is a device that would intercept the voltage signal sent to the ecu, and keep its within the limiting parameters.

Totally new platform and car, its to be expected i guess. I sat in one this summer at the mclaren dealer in london, no wonder the car turns away 458 buyers. Fit and finish is top notch from the inside, really high quality. From what i hear mclaren is handling the issues very promplty. Customers seem to be happy, the first ones had to have their cars without sirus and that dosnt seem to bother them much.
