Note the Gurgling is a very good way to describe but mine was very quite and not like drawing air in. Many people would not pick up on this noise though in a garage easier to pick out. For peace of mind I asked the main dealer about the sound almost 2 years ago had a major service since (carried out by possibly the best Murci. guy in the UK) and everything is in order and perfect as can be and the sound is still there.

No factory exhaust option for the 2017 SV yet I am told by the dealers? Any news or options?

Hi you are observant, On my car its on the left hand side as you face forwards with the car. Sound comes from the rear high level vent inlet and sounds just as you excellent say Gurgling not easy to explain the sound. I was told nothing to worry about from the dealer, scavenger pump for the oil and engine. Hope this helps.

I am also thinking about the options as previouse posts and following this thread. I thought I would start with a bypass switch and valve and see from there. I have been told this wont make any differance? is this true? (there is talk about doing this on other models) Plus my dealer was not able to help. I then thought the Ksg. is the best so this could be an option again I have not found any one yet willing to supply and install in the UK. Its one thing purchasing the product another finding some one who will not only install but make sure the package works any one out there in the UK? So next option with initial investigation I have been offered Capristo supply and fit and told this is the best with sports cats and wont give any lights etc. Plus can change the filters and ecu to work with the set up. After speaking to some one who had this they said they had warning lights and thats all part of life with this. Does any one have experience of the Capristo on the 670? I have spoken to Lambo. but they say dont do anything and they wont support and give the black ball so to speak which they seem to have done anyway on another issue. So much for support and main dealers. I am continuing my search watching the forumn and any feedback is most welcome as none of us wont to spend such sums and just have problems when better left alone? cheers.

Thanks Have you changed to the 200 cell cats and not had any issues with warning lights etc? In the UK I am not sure it will pass the MOT tests any one have experience of this?

Hi, My Murcielago apparently had a remote exhaust bypass valve fitted but the remote has been lost. I have been told its very simple and something to do with a vacuum remote switch which will allow the exhaust to operate as standard or you can use the remote to open up as you want. Any help and information would be appreciated how to do and what to purchase. Thanks.

Hmm interesting I have had some one suggest getting the body work sprayed with a rubber protectant which would be like PPF clear or a wrap coloured which sounded interesting but not sure of the negatives. This could be just lower areas prone to stone damage or the whole car like a respray which can be peeled off at any time. Any comments or experience of such products would be appreciated.

Ok interesting then how about a bypass valve as an option? which I have on a ferrari to great effect but was told wont make much differeance to the Lambo??

ok thanks for this and I am guessing Corsa are the best. I see some tyres saying left and right side and others asymmetrical is this the same (direction of rotation)

Hi I thought it best to start a new topic and please excuse me as this might have been covered before? This is a quote from a recent post "Prefer to focus on making sure you have the best tyres, and get a geometry setup change to eradicate the bit of understeer it has setup from the factory." I would appreciate any recommendations as my car is in to have the tracking set up at the main dealers and they will be using factory recommended settings.
