  1. You are dangerous and lack any type of common sense. It's a good thing you don't drive your car at TI and I bet one day we will be reading about you and your foolish street antics online. Put your balls back in your pants, I don't think anyone here is interested in how big you claim they are.
  2. Are there any pictures of the engine bonnet lifted up? Just wondering what type of exposure the engine will have. As we all know, the G Spyder sucks when it comes to showing off the engine. Would also like to see what it looks like with glass. H Spyder Top View
  3. It's my understanding that the original length was 2,000' or so. Later reduced to 1,500' and this year less than that. Why? Because the Lambo's were killing the field at 2,000' and something had to be done to give others a chance. Does Justin's H overtake Ivan had the length been 2,000'? That being said, sounds like some are attempting to have even more changes so that their cars can compete. My take is stop watering down the rules. It's like football playoffs in Texas. Back in the day the district winner made the playoffs. Now it's the top four teams of the district making the playoffs. Shit, every freaking little joey just has to have his/her participation trophy...
  4. Thanks Amar. I will say all of you have been great and have welcomed me with open arms. Sure, I own a Lambo but have yet TT'ed though a few are aware of my game plan. Problem is I am hooked on the Spyder's and realistically they're not ideal for KOTS. When I get my H Spyder, we'll figure something out. I would strongly encourage all business owners who are able, contact Amar and become a sponsor. Someone on the other forum asked what products or services I was selling, I said none (though we're into IT). I do it because they are all great folks and I share the passion for what they do. So there, you don't have to have a car related business or even enter the event to become a sponsor. Amar and his staff do a great job and with additional sponsors, who knows what else they could come up with.
  5. Ahh, it's okay that your boys don't show up but had UGR decided to no show, all hell would break loose. That's okay. Being my sponsor spot is next to where they were, it just gives me more room to play Frisbee. Anyhoo. It's going to be a loaded field and exciting to watch.
  6. Yeah, unfortunately the little cuss is right as he's in a group (not sure why he is) that the owner of A.MS confirmed they were not coming. So, the question is, are they not coming because of other commitments or are they not coming because the one and only GTR that can beat the slew of UGR cars may not be ready to go? All friendly banter
  7. Where's all the talk? A.MS not coming this time around? October 2nd is right around the corner! See you all there!
  8. In the interest of business, they have to go with a soft top, otherwise sales on the coupe would decline.
  9. Yeah, come out, what else is there to do, right?
  10. Hey R. congrats! Hmm, looking at your sig, looks as though you may be bringing your own transport to TI fall! Can't wait! Good meeting you at TI June Sincerely, The guy in the RR.
  11. Reading the comments, this guy pretty much summed it up. lol ------------- Zeiss120 20 hours ago LOLOLOLOL not taking anything away from the Supra as I used to own a MKIV TT. Anyways right at the start of the video when you said it was a DP build, pretty much answered everything. -------------
  12. If the TT H shows up at one of those events, that 234 may turn into 240 or so.
  13. No I get it, I do, but when you come on here dogging others who do spend that kind of money on their builds for not winning this or that, you can expect to be harassed yourself. Regardless of who said what, when and where, just respect these guys who are putting tons of cash in their cars because win or lose, they have a passion and in the end, there can be only one winner.
  14. ahh... an attempt at justifying as to why he won't put his money where his mouth is.
  15. Dang boy... Too bad you can't put your money where that mouth is and bring your POS cars out to compete.
  16. Nothing wrong with Leo at all. You little ricers go on back over to your own forums and stop hijacking this one. Nobody gives a rats behind if you have posted here for years or have done this or that. We're here to talk Lamborghini's and since you obviously have no desire to own one or perhaps can't afford one without mortgaging your sperm, then move along. There is only one GTR that's a bad as.s and yep, it's a bad as.s and what they have done with that little six is simply amazing. 99% of the population could care less and on the street, the GTR may be a fast car but in the eyes of the public, it's just a car, nothing special. In those same public eyes, the Lamborghini automatically receives the respect, admiration and attention some in the GTR world are so desperately wanting, however it will never occur because when push comes to shove, a plate full of Pasta is way more attractive than a plate full of white rice.
  17. I agree. Back in my car stereo competition days, there was a Pro Class that comprised of shop cars. Mainly to keep them from having to compete against their own customers but also because hardware wise, the shop owners were buying at cost whereas the customer was paying retail, thus shop owners were able to spend less $$ on more equipment. Then there was the issue of labor costs as well. I guess the question would be are there enough shop cars out there to have their own class? You would want an overall champion, how will that be determined? Back in the day there wasn't an overall champion in car stereo competitions, just by class yet everyone had the same scoring template so in a sense, whoever had the highest score, that car was considered the best one there.
  18. Off topic. http://www.lamborghinidallas.com/used/Lamb...4d5b3bb53ac.htm all this smack talk. Makes me want to buy an H and leave it with Kevin for awhile. Being in IT, thinking there has to be some programing mods that can apply a little zing for that last 2000'. Thanks Kevin for getting me in to TI. Pleasure meeting you all and such great hospitality.
  19. You sure are an arrogant little cuss for someone who displays a list of sub-par builds that more than likely have you in a mountain of debt. You have no dog in this fight. You sit home behind the comforts of your keyboard slamming Lambo's and bragging about things you aren't even privy too. You brag on other peoples accomplishments and exploit the downfalls of others as well all to place yourself on a self-made pedestal in which you cast stones at those you envy. I can say this, you're arrogance is not the norm and you do nothing but make a fool of yourself here, despite your 2k+ posts of garbage which provide nothing of substance to discussions. I went to my fist event this weekend as a spectator to see what it's all about. It's a good thing there aren't any of the likes of you running around because if there were, the event may as well be held in a Jr. High School yard full of sticks and stones. These guys are serious about what they do and I assure you they all respect one another. Sure, it gets heated at times while on the track but that's a spirit of competition. However they leave it at the track when it's all said and done, shaking hands, congratulating along the way. You sit behind your keyboard thinking you have all the answers when in fact you don’t know poo poo. Tires this, boost that and whatever. Every car is different and has its own personality. Hours upon hours of testing and fine tuning are performed and that even occurs during competition. It’s always a learning game, regardless of what you may think. Don’t trash the Lambo’s. Having two in the final four is an accomplishment. I believe they even had 4 of the final eight. GTR’s were plentiful during the weekend as well so don’t come across as there was only one in the whole competition because there wasn’t. While there are many Lambo’s who could win the event, many mind you, there is only one GTR that can compete with those Lambo’s and beat them. I can assure you the Huracan gave the lambda lambda lambda and the lambda lambda lambda and the lambda lambda lambda and the lambda lambda lambda and the lambda lambda lambda and the omega mu mu mu mu mu a run for his money and I can assure you there is utmost respect between those builders as well as the owners of the cars. Last night at the hotel the bar there was a mixture of many who were competing on the track for the previous two days. Regardless of what you may think, they’re all family, they know one another. They eat, they drink, they socialize and not once did I hear anything about who is better than whom. I drank with the A.MS guys, joked around till almost three in the morning and heck, even arm wrestled one of them and yeah, this 51 year old guy won, though barely. Just stop the instigating. Until you decided to spend the money to build a car and compete with these guys, you’re in no position to celebrate their victories or ridicule their defeats. Respect the fact that they are doing what they love to do despite whether they win or lose.
  20. That was a good race, had to be a photo finish, can't wait to see the video.
  21. oh.. sorry.. sometimes I need to be spoken to like a three year old.
  22. No sir, Kevin went 205.66 in the semi's against the viper. Saw it live with my own two eyes...
  23. Attending as a spectator. Let's see if I get the fever. Pulled into the Hilton a bit ago. Look forward to meeting everyone!
  24. How bout the goober "pushing" the Range Rover forward with his hand, as if that was going to help. Not too brite standing in the path of the chain should it snap!
