Yeah I noticed that too. A couple of them were racing in the event, but not with the same type of power they used to race with. Oleg K who used to drive one of the first schwitzer GTRs and also drove Yuri's GTR in the event was racing with a white huracan. Dimitry S who used to have the famous black Gallardo nera with the UGR 1R and 2R kits quite a few years ago was driving a white GTR built by Gosha I think. I'm not sure if Nikolay with the crazy 3,000HP Saleen was at the event, but damn I would love to see more of that car, even if he has to stay on the lowest boost setting to avoid spinning like crazy haha. I dont think Leonid raced in the event, but it was great when he did. I remember he was originally going to tune a bugatti veyron to win the event, lmfao.

I've always been a big fan of the Moscow unlim event. It's really cool and unique because the ET is what wins the event, even though they race a half mile and used to race the full mile while focusing on ET. I'm glad to see that the local tuner (Gosha turbo) won the event with the Huracan. The fastest pass it ran was a 209MPH(337.4 Km/h) @ 14.0 seconds in the 1/2 mile. Last year its fastest pass was 176MPH, so quite an improvement.

Man what a race that was. Tony went 210 in indexing last year, but I think in eliminations he could have gone like 214 because of the higher start speeds. It still wouldn't be enough to take down "copper"(qbert) though. That R8 was so fast it should have been banned from the event

It was total rape. In the second video that Richard Fowler posted yesterday can see just how fast the R8 was pulling away from the Orange X version SL. I was like you gotta be kidding me.... I don't think anyone but UG can win TI now if that R8 shows up lol

Can you guys please do a speedometer video of Gidi's lambo on a half mile pass? It would be awesome to watch the analogue speedometer climb on a 240-243 mph pass

Those registration HP numbers are usually a joke, but not for Gidi because he's not afraid to tell people what power level he runs at lol

So far there's a 60% chance of Thunderstorms on Friday and Saturday. Actually, I just checked again and the forecast for Saturday is now Partly Cloudy with a 20% chance of rain. Goes to show these forecast are not all that accurate this far out and can change frequently, so we have to wait a few days to get a better idea for sure.
