Forget about the motorcycle for a second. Any vehicle that doesn't stop ASAP when a cruiser signals, the officer will draw their firearm. They never know what the reason is for them to flee in the beginning. Fleeing vehicle can be wanted felons, drug dealers, etc. They only draw the weapons as a precaution.

I just recently had the 1-5 CEL cehck light come on also. I dont know the codes but I have brought the car in to Bergen County Lambo and they said it was a misfire tubes. They gave me an estimate of $800. Do you guys think it is just dirty sensors for me also??? I do have the exhaust vacuum sensor unplugged to have the louder exhaust for 5 months now and put on about 700 miles. Would that have caused it??? If it is the sensors, is it hard to DIY? I have access to a full lift, is it easy to locate and replace/clean these sensors? I have an 06 Gallardo

Any feedback on the CTEK? Found a place thats says that CTEK is the brand they sell you at the dealership.

First winter of putting away my Gallardo. Which battery tender would you guys recommend? I did some research myself and came up with "Battery Tender PLus" or "CTEK CTK 3300" or are there others you recommend??? Thanks ahead of time for any feedback on this.

My fogging is on the outside and it starts directly above the top air vents. I just want to know if this is normal or is there something wrong with the car?

The anti fog he was talking baout is a solution just like RAIN-X. And yes it you turn on the econ button only the fans will run and it will be too hot or humid feeling inside the car for I have tried this. I am also looking for a solution or want to know if other Gallardos have this problem. I live in NYC and it gets quite humid here. Any one have any info on this?

I have the same issue on mine. I just picked up an 06 last month. I notice that on humid days, the windshield fogs up on the lower part. I have also set the fans manually to blow only toward the floor but it still continues to fog. The moisture is actually on the outside, I think caused due to the temperature difference. Have to use my wipers to remove the fog only for it to come back in a matter of seconds. This has also bothered me cause I would have a streaky windshield even though it isnt raining. Any info on this?

What do think bout the price of 130k for that car? It does have 9000 miles?

Thx for the photos. I attempted to remove them today and went in blind. Took a camera to take pics to see how it looked like. I have 4 hole openings in a heat shield in that area. I couldn't see the hex screws on the driver side so I went to take pics of the Passenger side and saw that the hex screws that you were talking about were behind the 4 hole openings on the heat shield. The holes and screws dont exactly line up so it would be very differcult to remove them. The holes on the heat shield was actually covering more than half of the hex screws. I dont recall seeing the heatshield on the pics you provided. Did you remove them??
