The one thing in common on previous Jotas I'd like to see on this new one is a roof mounted intake. You can totally see how it can be integrated up the engine cover like on the Huracan Super Trofeo.

Hopefully they are revising the wing. The wierd way the end plates doubled back didn't look that great.

Put me down for that. I'll be at The Quail. I've had a deposit down on this car since late last summer. Personally I think Nutella is far more effective than oysters with cougars. LOL

I'm thinking about displaying again this year. Probably the F50.

2018 Performante in Verde Themis

Obviously the pic was reposted. But please read the caption. This is the first place where I've read that someone has placed an order however it is in Australia.

The most curious thing about this short clip is the strip on the engine bonnet that does not have camo on it. It is covered up in later photos. Since this is directly in front of what appears to be the intake for the ALA I wonder what it hints at. Do we dare to dream for a roof scoop and dorsel fin?

With a heat gun they will come off quite easily without much effort. You never want to pull on it to remove, even paint protection film. A bit of heat does wonders.

You can ask to have the stripe and/or Performante logo painted. Ad Personam must not have expected anyone to actually ask for it because they still haven't told me how much they want.

I like the center lock design but I think they are too open and make the rotors look small.

It is a decal. The Performante logo on the door is also a decal.

I don't know what you are referring to as the race package. I did not notice anything called that when I configured my car. Perhaps it is the standard matte black finish if you don't choose the style package? I have paint protection film installed on all my cars for most of the painted and cf panels if not the entire car. If you're going with a special paint like a matte, I would definitely have film installed on all of those panels and have the same film installed on the panels with the same color. I'm going with an Ad Personam color with the style package so everything is getting film including the forged carbon bits.

There is a slight color difference when you apply matte film on matte paint. It is much more noticable on gloss paint because the gloss adds a lot of depth and saturation which you lose when you take away the refectivity. I would do all of the matte paint in the same film.

I wouldn't double up the film. It's not optically clear and it doesn't look very good. The film is a sacrificial barrier. When it gets damaged, replace it. For matte film it is very important to edge wrap all panels. Do not let an installer use a kit.

If enough of us demand it they may make it an option. It is a shame they didn't add it. They know it doesn't make a difference in performance but it improves the looks dramatically.
