  1. You adding that to the stable now? Dumping the 610?
  2. That would be a 911 TTS, which I happen to have...and it's a great car, in every respect, but the HP is simply faster, lighter and more track oriented than the TTS. It's more quirky than the 911, but that's to be expected. The 911 is over engineered to death. Hard to beat. The 911 isn't what I would refer to as a supercar either...more like a seriously mass-produced, very capable monster. The HP is an exotic with the performance to backup its looks. More TTS cars will be built / sold in a year than the entire HP program.
  3. I got them from Shardul @ Ultimate PD: http://ultimatepd.com/ He was great to deal with...and fast too! He does international shipping IIRC. Tell him Steve from Montreal sent you...he knows me. They were under $700 I believe. I still love them, but the HP is a very harsh ride to start with...and this doesn't improve it at all; it's just the nature of the beast! All my cars are lowered and they ride ride a bit firmer than stock. It's simply unavoidable. My tires are actually about the same overall diameter as the OEM...so lowering on the OEM Lambo wheels will have the same gap, but my wheels are almost 33 mm's further out over the stockers, which again, makes the gap appear to be even less, even though it's not.
  4. My Turbo S to 60 is ~ same as my HP...till 60-70, and then the HP starts to take a strong lead.
  5. The 2 different color mirrors would be like 2 different color shoes to me...and it doesn't work for me...but YMMV
  6. What else are you supposed to do @ work? HOW ABOUT WORK!!! LOL Nice pics Jarrold! I fcuk off sometimes in the middle of the day to go stare at my HP, so I get it!
  7. Not such a deal anymore now... Sounds like a dubious seller, trying to generate buzz on the car by listing it well under market, who got a lot of offers to purchase, and realized it was priced too low, and then gave the potential buyers a story as to availability when they inquired at the previously low price. Wouldn't be the 1st time I have seen that. Of course, that's just my opinion and nothing more...
  8. You are correct. I was in FL this winter and noticed the same thing as you did!
  9. Gorgeous, especially with those red calipers & center locks!! The Performante is another car altogether...it's not a Huracan!
  10. It can scrape with the lift system down...very marginally, over the worst driveway only...much less than my Z, my TTS or my FGT, which were all lowered as well. Those cars have perhaps 2.5-3" of clearance at the front depending on the car...and the Lambo is ~4" after lowering. With the lift system up, no way to scrape at all, unless you're doing 80+ through city streets. I have yet to lower a car and NOT have it scrape somewhere, but this is as good as it gets, better than all the rest. Ride comfort is about as good as it gets as well. I have not only no regrets, but am happy as a clam. I got the exact look I've always wanted, on this car, and FWIW, I've modded a lot of cars/ trucks. Important to note as well, that while the front wheels/ tires are pretty much the same overall diameter as stock (1/4" over at most), the rears come in at about a 1" larger diameter because of the 21" rears and tire sizing that goes with it, but you don't see steeper front rake over stock, nor does it have any effect on the suspension electronics. 1" over only gets 1/2" higher off the ground and 1/2" closer to the top of the wheel well/ fender lip. The net effect with the lowering would be ~1/2" less than the 1 1/8" claimed by Velocity AP, but the end result look, gets to exactly what it's supposed to! You can see by the way she sits, she's perfect, and she drives like she looks. The steering wheel from DCTMS came from China, and is flawless with perfect feel. Feels so much better than the OEM Alcantara wheel (Ughhh). It was very inexpensive and there is no core return either, so if / when I sell her, the OEM wheel will go with it. Next is either a TT or a VFE Blower, in the winter!
  11. While I was waiting through the winter, I had the following done to it: 1) Vorsteiner wheels with a +32 rear offset 2) Velocity AP lowering springs from Shardul, which worked out so well, I can't even being to describe; heights are absolutely perfect...and car feels like it's on rails! 3) Full body Xpel 4) Window tints 5) DCTMS C/F steering wheel Have driven Huracans before, but this is very different from what I have driven before today. The car is fast and furious, and feels like none of my other rides... Power delivery is awesome, and it's no slouch either...but streets are still in the sub freezing temps, so I wasn't playing much. I did WOT her a few times on the highway...and it's pure heaven! Sounds so badass too! There are some gripes however... 1) Somewhat uncomfortable in the knees...as I can't get the seat back far enough, or down low enough...and at 6'2" my knees are stuck to the side padding, which is very hard to say the least. 2) Lack of voice command button for Android phones is just downright stupid and unsafe. The only way to safely initiate a phone call on Android, it to use the "Ok Google" feature to get the phone to listen to commands (mine isn't working right now)...and to do that, you have to 1st turn the music down so the phone can hear you wake it up. Every other Bluetooth equipped vehicle has a voice command button, and works with IOS and Android. 400K and it has no real functionality for Bluetooth on Android, which is a far larger platform than IOS. Go figger... 3) The rear lowers on the left and right side, directly behind the wheels, collect more garbage, sand and rocks than a plow! 4) No 12 volt accessory plug up front, where I need it to plug on my Samsung phone, and since the car is not Android Auto, and only Apple car play...I need a spot to place my phone in - that is visible and accessible to me, as well as a front 12 accessory plug to power that phone when it needs charging, such as when it's running as a GPS. I can address this, but it should have been there from factory! Other than that, words can't express how this car feels! Huge thanks to Rafic at Wheels Performance for having the patience to have gone through the wheel build with me...they came out even better than I expected and are nothing short of stunning, according to my tastes...YMMV. So to answer the question of which springs...Velocity AP ~7/8" lower front and ~1.25" lower rear
  12. I'm in Montreal QC...no such agreement was ever discussed or asked for from me, or anyone else buying at Lambo Montreal. Silverstar, the biggest MB dealer in the province, will sell me a G-Wagon...and not ask for any such agreement; I am sure. There is nothing exclusive about that vehicle...it's not an AMG Project One. Only Ford has asked for this recently with the new NFGT, that I am aware of, but they have a total production of 250/ yr for 4 years and they are sold out many times over. I was unable to buy one, as were several thousand others who applied. That car is worth a cool 2+ million today in the used market...if you know where to get it. The Lambo dealer you're dealing with has decided to do this on their own. I don't believe it's a Lamborghini initiative. I think Ferrari does this on some models from time to time...Lexus tried it on the LFA and now, many years later, there are still quite a few of them unsold, out of a 500-unit production. Lamborghini won't do this because they will kill sales; they're not Ferrari, sadly; I wish they were. There are a good 5 Performante's for sale at my dealer...and I am sure they will not be sold overnight...and they are not an insignificant dealer either.
  13. I was never asked to sign anything...
  14. Sounds high and wishful to me....can buy brand new for less and there's no shortage of 'em either.
  15. Funny, here in FL...they won't go a penny off MSRP at a big Lambo dealer
  16. Android auto in the 2019 MY confirmed. Also the latest AA update allows you to unlock the phone in Android auto and use the rest of the phone.
  17. They really aren't moving much on price as it's a bit too early for that. Some asking over MSRP, which is ridiculous as there's shortage of them. I suspect there are a number of buyers who've dumped their orders in favor of the Spider.
  18. Lotta Performante's for sale so soon....guess a lot of speculators got a surprise with this car....LOL
  19. I never said Novitec...I don't know what they are...just who I bought them from.
