  1. They look like the Novitech's made by Vossen
  2. Gorgeous! Now you just need to get rid of the wheel well gap!
  3. I never hit that...only my head getting in...and I'm 6'2" at 275+
  4. I bought a gorgeous new Carbon Fiber w/ charcoal leather wheel for $1300.00, with no core charge and kept my OEM Alcantara wheel, which I hated anyway. I do not have to deal with wear and tear on a suede wheel now.
  5. I had Vorsteiner do a custom build on my wheels with an offset that I specified to them. It was a +32mm rear and I think a +32 MM front IIRC...and this was the end result. About 2-3mm of poke...(outside the fenders). Pretty much indiscernible, but when you look at the car from any angle, it has an absolute perfect wheel fitment. I have never been as successful with a wheel fit on any car as I have with this one, and I have done many of my cars with custom wheels. The car is fully wrapped and even any small rocks spitting up from the fronts or rears have no effect on the paint. The car was lowered 3/4" in the front and 1 1/4" in the rear.
  6. ZR1 runs 723 FT lBS of TQ vs the Lambo at 413 FT LBS...don't really think it's about TQ.
  7. It is...much lighter in fact. Weights and dims are published all over the web...you can see for yourself. The ZR1 (and ZO6) are much larger than the Huracan and pay very little attention to weight. My '08 Z was several hundred lbs lighter than my '16...and it was a bone of contention for many previous Z owners when the specs for the new Z's were announced back a few years ago, and came in 350-450 lbs lighter than the C7's.
  8. It can't...the Lambo has a good 250 lbs weight advantage over the ZR1...and that huge wing slows it down badly...not to mention that at 50 MPH...that ZR1 will still have more wheel spin on WOT vs the AWD Huracan, despite the traction control. I have a ZO6...and at any speed up to say...100, there is substantial wheel spin at WOT.
  9. Well, I don't have that issue to be honest. But as far as the picture deal goes...most boards I use - that's the way I do it. It's really simple, even for the technologically challenged, as you put it. I have pretty much only done it that way on all the boards I frequent. 10 years ago, that was the only way to do it on most boards...now many boards have a picture upload capability, but this board has very few frequent users/ visitors...and probably generates little to no ad revenue, so it's probably the reason they have not updated to the more current version of software IMO. It used to work I believe...but when I upload a picture file...nothing happens at all...and it doesn't show up anywhere on the page.
  10. You can easily post pictures without uploading them here... Open a free Flickr account and just use the share (bb code) links to have them show up here, like this... Many forums don't have picture hosting and yo're forced to use one like Flickr anyway...
  11. Not my cup of tea...don't like the solid one-color car, the color, or the wheel color on it. I much prefer the black, the Forged Carbon accents and black wheels on a Performante. This car probably has a premium price attached...and no way would I go near it for even less money than a normal Performante with a style package....
  12. If the lift doesn't work correctly at all times, it's the same issue I had, and a recalibration won't work. It'll only cost you money for nothing. Car is sitting too low and you just need to fool it into thinking it's higher than it really is. I purchased a set of adjustable sensor arm links...and adjusted them to get to 5mm shorter than the stock sensor arms. It's a very common issue in many cars with adjustable ride height and / or lift systems. Most Huracans don't have the issue, but you get the odd one that does, like mine did. The links are available at only one store...and are very inexpensive @ 125.00 for the pair. It took longer to get the car on the lift than it did to change them. It was like 2 minutes / side to remove the old links and install the new ones. They snap on and off. Have your dealer do it to be safe. You can get them at http://www.ghostmotorsports.com and speak to Alex...he has a few sets left for the Huracan. They are beautifully made and very high quality....they will never give out on you. These links are pretty much all they do there... This is what they look like (these are not the ones for your car) https://www.ghostmotorsports.com/product-pa...ghostlinks-q74l He doesn't have the Lambo links online, but if you call him, he will ship them fast! This is my car after the spring change --
  13. Color / car is gorgeous...but the gold wheels don't do it for me... Congratulations on that purchase!!
  14. Seems there are tons of them all over the world... Whenever my dealer has put on cars and coffee events, there were always a good 10+ showing up there each time...and that was even BEFORE the HP Spyder was released. I just stopped taking mine there and brought the FGT instead, of which there is usually only 1.
  15. I prefer the more traditional soft top of the HP...not a huge fan of the removable hardtop...I think this Spyder looks fantastic!
  16. That'll get them flush with the fender lips.
  17. Not sure how spacers are even possible on CL's without seriously compromising the integrity of the wheel mating to the car.
