  3. Thad diablo is made up by three or four totalled cars - The engine is from a black Jota I think - some of the panels are aftermarket. May be worth more as a parts car but surly no 90,000 Euro +
  4. See picts (this is from my DD tool set).
  5. It is just shy of 8 inches, 7 inches and 8 tenths. It has a little round bump at 6/10s if an inch from the end. Will post some pictures soon. It was chromed but the chroming wears off. Hope this helps. Alex

  14. Hmmm tight squeeze when entering the garage
  15. 1,000 is a good idle rpm for my car, all the accessories that turn with the engine - water pump, alternator, A/C etc. seem to run well at that rotation.
  16. Several tour busses have those same lights here in Italy!
  17. I have seen more than one 1987 4 valve here in Europe w/o perforations (original interior) - they were "non Paratelli).
  18. PARATELLI, ABOUT 9 YEARS AFTER INSTALLATION (AND ABOUT 15,000 KM).
  19. Alberto, - there will always be different tonalities of red leather if you do not buy from the same production batch. Best you buy all the leather required to do everything you want in one go, then you can have the different components made at different times - again to take the tunnel out you need to take off the side panels and remoce both seats. IMO it would be better to do the job once, every time you take an interior component out there is a chance of scratching it.
  20. How prices change, I had my seats and other interior parts done by Paratelli - only what was needed - it was before the introduction of the Euro - prices were still in Lira. I checked my notes and the prices 12 years ago were: Seats (with perforations) about 370 Euro each, that was with new foam and leather, the panel between the door and the seat was about 130 Euro (times 2) and the central tunnel was about 265 Euro. The dash around 750 Euro, including a new fiberglass gauge holder. Rugs (only for the cockpit) were about 150. I did all the work (with the exception of the dash). Total cost in 1999 was Euro 2,165.00 Then again Countaches were in the 35-45,000 Euro range and there were many to choose from In the summer after a drive you should always go over the seats with a damp cloth, Countaches get HOT inside and you tend to sweat on your back (minimum) the salt from your body can be quite aggressive on the leather.
  21. Hey, in the future you can park the way I do, I back up and the last 4 feet or so I turn the car off and "pull" it back into place by hand - not very professional but safe.
  22. I would go with the '88 even if it were more expensive!
