  1. wtf? three dots managed to get this thread to 3 pages and counting?
  2. I think this was posted in the wrong forum. Get the Cooper - the smart is a deathwish on wheels!
  3. LOL @ the white smoke coming out the exhausts at the end of the video! the dimensions are no where near the real thing either. The front is higher than the rear is of the car
  4. When did Sameer convert back? I thought he loved the RWD?
  5. I don't really like the changes to the front either. The old front bumper still looks better IMO.
  6. That's my biggest problem with the local tuners, they don't have any refinement to their work. It always looks very "chop chop" - hence why I don't bother much with heavy modifications here.
  7. I depends, I'm waiting for the R8 V10 and depending which will be cheaper by then I'll convert Rumour has it that R8 V10 will be around $300k here
  8. You're very welcome, I'll post more updates as soon as I hear of any.
  9. More info. That rear spoiler sure looked familiar Jason Check the end of the video for some video footage of the car on the street. We recently completed the first stage of the Lamborghini twin turbo / Unichip project. It makes just under 1200 flywheel horsepower at 1.0 bar boost. Once we have done the promotional videos etc we will turn up the boost to 1.6 bar and see how much power it can really make (and what breaks first:-)) The car was used in the Mile Per Hour show of Jeremy Clarckson they hosted in South Africa recently. If you want to download a short video of the car on the show you can click on the link below to download it. If you want to watch it on youtube click on the link below:
  10. They said it's doing around 1200 at the flywheel.
  11. Nice Sameer! I want to get mine detailed sometime this year. Ironically the detailer also uses Swisswax!
  12. Thanks guys! Nathan, this is only 1 of 3 in the country. Most old muscle cars here are very scarce.
  13. Nope, as you may or may not know. The director of AM was not informed about our interest in the DBS, so sold it off to another buyer. They've been trying to give me good deals on them since, but it has since worn off it's novelty on me. I have since bought this to keep me busy in the meantime I took these pics. The car is just going to have it's headlights changed to clear. I don't like the orange indicators.
  14. That's true! I don't even think he lives in CA now that I see the plate.
  15. Haha, perhaps in the future. Here you go.
  16. You spelt "LOSER" (your version LOOSER) wrong TWICE, I thought someone would have picked up on that the first time round. Unlike you, I can put "eurocopter" in my signature. Yes, it actually flies and is not made from plastic/fibreglass what ever you build your crap from.
  17. No wonder why he defended replica's. He's a poser too! LOL Tell you what buddy, when you can one day afford (insurance and all) a REAL Murci, you come back and tell us how satisfying it is to buy it as a result of your own blood, sweat and tears. Until you do that one day, I don't think you will understand the significance.
  18. good luck keeping up Congrats Rob!!!
